| Teacher development has been the focus of social attention since ancient times.In the new era,the meaning of teacher development points to the blooming of teachers’ complete life.The teacher office has the dual attributes of "front desk" and "back desk" for work and rest.In the office,teachers’ discourse reflecting teachers’ values,attitudes and emotions is more free and sufficient,It is an effective way to see through the life course of teachers and explore the culture of teachers’ office by taking teachers’ discourse in Teachers’ office as the carrier.The culture of teachers’ office not only depends on the teachers in this field,but also affects the development of teachers.It is necessary to build an office culture that is conducive to the development of teachers.This study aims to explore the strategies of building an office culture oriented to the development of teachers,so as to promote the development of education.This study takes qualitative research as the research paradigm,and takes the teacher’s office of X Middle School as a case study.Through the observation and analysis of teacher talk,it is found that the teacher’s office of X Middle School presents a positive multicultural theme,which is composed of discipline oriented culture,discipline oriented culture and teacher’s discourse The office culture of X Middle School is composed of the peopleoriented culture of blooming teachers’ life and the school-oriented culture of deepening teachers’ school identity.Through interviews with school leaders and teachers in X,it is found that the formation of discipline oriented culture is caused by the school spirit culture of education oriented,the office layout of students in the same grade,and the teaching management style of teaching practice;Convenient and comprehensive school material culture,harmonious office atmosphere of interpersonal relationship and teacher management style of respecting teachers are the reasons for the formation of people-oriented culture;Democratic and scientific school system culture,teachers’ rich office structure and considerate administrative style are the reasons for the formation of school-based culture.Thus,it puts forward the construction strategy of teacher office culture oriented by teacher development: relying on the people-oriented school culture,taking the flat office organization as the starting point,and taking the implementation of flexible management style as the guarantee. |
