Study On The Construction Of Dongfang College Office Automation System

Higher learning at the top of the information times, office model have a tremendouschange. The transformation management and office model have a large change due theoffice automation system (OAS). The (OAS) has provided the important assurance foroffice efficiency and management and putting forward a new topic for the security.Construction and management of OAS in colleges is still in its infancy, there is a great gapcompared with advanced countries.The paper introduces the development of OAS, analyze and present colleges the OAShave many problems. Different from other industries use office systems, colleges OAS aimat office, students, teachers, financial, scientific research, personnel, and logisticsmanagement.The paper’s study object is DongFang College’s OAS. DongFang College’s OAS hastwo parts. The first part is the administrative subsystems, its main services for the collegedaily work, it’s very important in the OAS. The other part is the human resource system,teaching management system, student management system, financial management systemand assets management system. I deeply analyze the system and talk with the staff andparticipate in the whole development so I get so many first hand materials. This paperanalyzes the main problem in the OAS and how to resolve and introduce the developmenttools. This paper can provide reference for the startup college construction anddevelopment.
