Homework is an important part in teaching,it can make students to consolidate the old knowledge while learning new knowledge,training students thinking ability and self-study ability,teachers guide students to learn,to find gaps,feedback teaching effect,the specification and the necessary way of improving teaching activities However,homework assignments and design is always the hot issue of teaching and the weak link,led to the current physics teaching in physics homework assignments and physical design of various shortcomings Therefore,in order to improve this situation,this article put forward the operation stratification but the students don't layered high school physics stratification of job design strategy research and practice.Based on the theory of constructivism,the theory of the zone of proximal development,humanistic learning theory,the class teaching process optimization theory,on the one hand,teachers should have the correct view of students individual differences in learning high school physics objective facts,design the high school physics stratification operating strategies and principles,and in the form of a case and presents the design principle of how to implement the specific job design,design the hierarchical operation,on the other hand,in order to embody the fairness and the scientific nature,does not in any form to the student stratification,students can choose according to their learning needs and abilities match with their homework,to fully meet Student autonomy and selectivity.Based on the research of "senior high school physics","hierarchical homework" and "homework design strategy" at home and abroad,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze the current situation of "senior high school physics homework" and teachers and students understanding and acceptance of "hierarchical homework".Combined with the analysis results and multiple intelligence theory,zone of proximal development theory and humanism Learning theory and other related theories,put forward the implementation strategy of " high school physics hierarchical homework",which includes the basic principles of "high school physics hierarchical homework" design,the design strategy of "high school physics hierarchical homework" and the evaluation strategy of " high school physics hierarchical homework",in which the basic principles of design include :the basic principles of students 'Stratification and the basic principles of homework stratification;The design strategies include: Strategies in line with the requirements of teaching objectives,strategies in line with the reality of students,strategies in line with various forms and strategies in line with difficulty stratification;the evaluation strategies include: diversified evaluation strategies,diversified evaluation strategies and multi-level evaluation strategies,and the case design and specific analysis are carried out according to the design strategy of "high and middle school physics stratified homework".Finally,the research work is summarized and prospected,hoping that this study can provide reference for the front-line physics teachers,and better integrate " hierarchical homework" into high school physics teaching,and achieve better teaching effect.
