Under the background of the new era,the party and the state put forward new demands and expectations for young people.A qualified young person must be brave in fighting,courageous,dare to do it,and down-to-earth,shoulder the mission and create a new history.Class cadres,as qualified youth representatives,must demonstrate themselves and serve as role models for outstanding young people.However,the current high school class cadre power issue has received much attention.The incidents caused by the abuse of power of class cadres have continually triggered a discussion boom in the Internet and newspapers.This period is precisely the critical period in which many aspects of adolescents,including core values,are formed.The role of the power of high school cadres has a great influence on the class and students.In order to find the root causes of abuse of power of class cadres and timely explore feasible suggestions,to help the cadres of the class get out of the "difficulties".This study adopts the method of qualitative research to study the abuse of power of the cadres from the perspective of disciplinary theory.Taking the disciplinary theory as the starting point,the abuse of power of the cadres is taken as the research object,and the semi-structured interview method is used to collect the research data.Interview data for text analysis.The research is divided into four aspects: the theory of discipline and the study of the power of class cadres,the root causes of abuse of power in high school cadres,the performance and analysis of power abuse of class cadres,and some thoughts on the power discipline of class cadres.The study found that: 1.The power concept will lead to the abuse of power by the class cadres;2.The class management mode of the class teacher lacks long-term effectiveness;3.The conflict between the class cadres and the ordinary students is obvious;4.The power discipline is in class.The collective has not been used reasonably.In summary,this paper believes that by building a good class discipline system to cultivate a group of cadres with clear rights and responsibilities,it helps to avoid the abuse of power of class cadres and promote the harmonious development of class collectives.
