Through the systematic review of the existing literature and in-depth investigation of practice,we can find that the current rural high school teachers are under great pressure.The long-term existence of these pressures will not only have a lot of adverse effects on the physical,psychological and behavioral aspects of the whole rural teacher group,but also affect the balanced development of rural education and the improvement of education and teaching quality.Therefore,how to refine and deepen the research of rural high school teachers' work pressure is very necessary.Based on this,this study takes the high school teachers' work pressure of C middle school in East Guangdong as the research object.It uses the method of deep interview and the questionnaire survey method to design the "rural ordinary high school teachers' work pressure questionnaire-Taking C middle school in East Guangdong as an example" to conduct a questionnaire survey on the teachers' work pressure of C middle school,in order to understand the overall situation of teachers' work pressure in this school and analyze its causes The conclusion is that rural high school teachers generally have great work pressure,which is mainly concentrated in five dimensions: teaching,communication with students,scientific research,career development and family conflicts.The impact of interpersonal relationship,social identity and requirements on the work pressure of rural high school teachers can be ignored.In addition,this study also from gender,teaching age,marriage,education level,teaching grade and subjects,as well as whether the head teacher,backbone teachers and other aspects,to investigate its impact on the work pressure of rural high school teachers.Among them,whether they are head teachers,whether they are backbone teachers,gender,teaching subjects and other factors will have an impact on Teachers' pressure,while teaching age,marriage,education level,teaching grade and other factors will not have an impact on Teachers' pressure.According to these factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the work pressure of rural high school teachers: improving teachers' salary,improving teachers' evaluation and employment system;reducing the work burden of rural teachers,promoting physical and mental health;strengthening rural teachers' training,improving professional quality;giving full play to female teachers' own advantages,doing a good job in management;dealing with the contradiction between work and family,providing motivation It is necessary to develop a new type of teacher-student relationship,change the role,establish a peaceful good attitude and face the pressure correctly.
