The results of physical quality index of children in China from 1985 to 2010 show that the overall indicators of children's physical quality have been rising from 1985 to2010,but since 1995,all the indicators have declined.Therefore,in recent 10 years,both national strategic level and academic research field have paid great attention to the related problems of children's physical quality improvement.It can be seen that the decline of children's physical quality has attracted the attention of the state and society.Because the childhood is in the primary education stage,this stage is very important for the cultivation of their interests and hobbies and the development of good behavior habits,and this stage is also the key period to promote the development of their overall health behaviors.Therefore,it is important to arrange reasonable physical exercises in this stage not only to delay the development of the disease such as central smudges,strokes,diabetes,etc.,but also to the development of healthy psychology.Zibo is one of the important cities in Shandong and even the whole country.It has carried out after class physical exercises earlier.However,it has been found that although after-school physical exercises are carried out earlier,they have not formed a stable development structure and social support system in the process of development.Therefore,it is urgent to explore and study the related factors that affect the children and adolescents' after-school physical exercise in primary school,and give full play to the effect of after-school physical exercises reasonably and effectively,and help to improve the physical quality of children and adolescents in primary school.In this study,Zibo City,the regional center city of Shandong Province,primary school students as the research object,comprehensive use of literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and logical analysis and other research methods,with the social support theory as the perspective,in-depth analysis and Discussion on the problems of Zibo primary school students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior.Mainly from the following aspects to make efforts: first,the basic situation of the sample group of primary school students in Zibo City,the basic situation of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Zibo City were objectively summarized;secondly,based on the government,family,school,social organization and other dimensions,in-depth analysis of the social support structure of primary school students in Zibo City was carried government,school,family and social organization derives the methods and paths to improve the extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Zibo City.Research shows that,as far as students are concerned,primary school students in Zibo City have a strong sense of participating in physical exercise,and the main purpose of participating in extracurricular physical exercise is to obtain a skill.The frequency and duration of participating in extracurricular physical exercise are not long.Compared with "closed sports",they have a higher degree of love for open sports activities,and they are more interested in extracurricular physical exercise At the government level,the implementation of relevant government policies is weak and lack of hierarchy,and the financial support is insufficient;at the school level,the school has insufficient cognition of extracurricular physical exercise,the utilization rate of sports venues and related exercise equipment and facilities is not high,the supporting exercise items are single,and the professional extracurricular physical exercise index is lack In terms of family level,parents' attitude towards their children's participation in extracurricular physical exercise is not uniform,the level of sports consumption in the family's overall expenditure is relatively low,the financial support is insufficient and the consumption type is single,and the consciousness and behavior of primary school students' extracurricular physical exercise are closely related to parents' attitude;in terms of social organizations,the social related public sports activities are closely related The physical exercise platform facilities are single,the degree of sponsorship and recognition of primary school students' attempts to take relevant solutions from the four dimensions of government,school,family,social organization and so on.For example,based on the government level,improve the policies and regulations,establish the incentive mechanism,so as to mobilize the school,family and social organizations of the three aspects of multi coordination;based on the school level,improve the school site and equipment and facilities construction,introduce professional after-school physical exercise instructors,establish medical services and sports guidance two-level security measures,solve the problem of primary school students participating in after-school physical exercise Safety issues;based on the family level,change the cognitive perspective of parents for extracurricular physical exercise,promote their support for students' material and emotional care,so as to externalize the behavior motivation of students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise;based on the level of social organizations,actively advocate the relevant sports social organizations to complete the transformation from "entering" school to "entering" school,at the same time,establish the social education system Relevant rules and regulations and guiding principles guarantee the smooth progress of Zibo primary school students' extracurricular physical exercise activities.Finally,through the construction of "four-dimensional integration" social support system,the collaborative validity of social support from the government,schools,families and social organizations can be improved,so as to
