Complete talents in colleges and universities focus, discipline,is the main force of national scientific and technological innovation, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the important content of university of science and technology activities, however,Chinese universities patent into little success,a large number of idle, unable to timely transformation affect the progress of technological innovation in our country. At present, researches related to the efficiency of patent conversion system in universities are scattered and repeated, and lack of in-depth demonstration and development. In order to improve the efficiency of patent transformation in China, this paper comprehensively utilizes AHP,system dynamics theory, statistics and other theories and methods.First, combining with the experience of patent transformation in the United States, this paper analyzes the current situation of patent transformation in China's universities, and summarizes the reasons for the low efficiency of patent transformation in China's universities. This paper mainly studies the influential factors of the patent transformation system in colleges and universities by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and analyzes the problems in the operation of the system. The system dynamics model is constructed, the causality diagram and stock flow diagram are drawn based on the influencing factors, and the influence mechanism of the patent transformation system is simulated and analyzed. On the basis of the above research, the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the system are summarized in view of the system operation problems, providing reference for relevant departments to promote the patent transformation in colleges and universities.
