General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that ideological and political courses are the key courses for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a basic project to build a powerful country in education.Ideological and political course is not only the main channel to implement ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also the main place to study and study Marxism,and the battle fort to consolidate the security of ideology in colleges and universities.With the help of the main channel advantage of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,the excellent ideological and political courses "skills" to provide college students with a healthy and nutritious spiritual "staple food",strengthen the spiritual "body" of college students.Classroom teaching is the main link of talent training,and the quality of classroom determines the quality of talent training to a great extent.It is an inevitable choice to study the effectiveness of classroom teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching to pay attention to students' classroom learning behavior and psychological experience and pay attention to students' classroom learning engagement.The classroom learning engagement shows the students' classroom learning process and learning effect in an all-round,three-dimensional and multi-dimensional way,and gets through the "last mile" between the classroom teaching platform and the classroom teaching platform,which reflects the subject attribute of the ideological and political courses that are people-oriented.This study,based on empirical research,stick to the facts,a comprehensive understanding of college students' education courses classroom study into the status quo,using the research methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,dig deep education courses teaching the existing problems and its reasons,and USES the quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis,structural equation model to investigate the factors that influence the education courses classroom learning into the education courses development needs based on the new era,the implementation of the party and the country the construction of new times education courses of the spirit and the important instructions,put forward to improve and strengthen college students education courses of classroom learning into an effective strategy.There are five parts in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,elaborating the research significance,current situation,ideas,methods,key difficulties and innovation points.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis.This study believes that classroom learning engagement refers to the physical and mental energy paid by students to coordinate themselves to adapt to the learning of ideological and political courses,which is divided into three dimensions: behavioral engagement,cognitive engagement and emotional engagement.The third chapter is an empirical study.Firstly,it demonstrates the feasibility of questionnaire design and implementation.Then,SPSS 24.0software is used to conduct descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the survey data.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and their causes.Reveal the problems of classroom learning engagement,and tries to find the reasons from three aspects: teaching of teachers,learning of students and teaching environment.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure analysis,aiming at the current situation of insufficient classroom learning engagement,this research plans to take precise measures from three aspects: teacher quality,thoughts and behaviors of students,optimizing the teaching environment.
