Investigation And Research On The Satisfaction Of Pupils' Parents On The Quality Of School Educational Service

With the diversification of the evaluation subjects of compulsory education,besides students,parents are also the important evaluation subjects.Parents' satisfaction with the quality of school education service can not only affect the communication between school and family,but also affect the cooperation between them.For the school education quality of service satisfaction survey is an important path to improve parent satisfaction,education department and school can not only timely and comprehensive understanding of the parents to reasonable needs,and true view of the school,also can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of parents,better cooperate with home school communication and cooperation between,in turn,improve the quality of school education services,education really do good to people's satisfaction.This study uses questionnaire survey method to collect sample data in a specific period of time.Questionnaire compiled on the basis of social governance collaborative innovation center in Henan province of the elementary education service quality evaluation scale adaptation,and the use of the service quality(SERVQUAL)perception model,tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy,five dimensions,measurement S city elementary school students parents to school education quality of service satisfaction.In this survey,a total of 1500 copies were distributed and 1239 copies were effectively recovered with an effective recovery rate of 82.6%.Then,SPSS software was used to conduct statistical analysis on the obtained data.In addition,this study also selected 7 parents and school administrators for interviews.Based on the summary analysis of the results of the survey,found the S city elementary school students parents to school education service quality satisfaction score is in the upper level,the tangibles dimension scored 3.83,ensure dimension score of 3.92 overall average of 3.99 points lower than that of school education service quality satisfaction,reliability,responsiveness,empathy dimension score of 4.09,4.10,4.01,respectively.In the difference analysis,there are significant differences in education level,occupation,monthly total income,number of children,gender of children and grade of children.Based on the survey results and various data,this study analyzes and discusses the influencing factors of primary school parents' satisfaction with school education service quality,which are mainly reflected in the aspects of school education resource investment,home-school cooperation,school teaching and management,etc.In order to improve parents' satisfaction with the quality of school education service,the author puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of improving the campus infrastructure conditions,improving the quality of teachers,unimpeded the feedback channels of parents,clarifying the boundary of responsibilities and rights of home-school co-education,strengthening teaching supervision,and implementing human culture management.
