Social Organizations Cooperate With Schools To Carry Out Research On Safety Education Services

With the continuous development of social economy,aging and the phenomenon of fewer children continue to appear,resulting in a decrease in the number of young children in our country,so the safety of young children should attract more attention from all walks of life.Schools and families are important places for young children to receive safety education.with the continuous transformation and development of society,the traditional administrative school education has been unable to meet the needs of students,families and schools in the new era.As an emerging social force,social organizations can use professional and scientific methods in social work to mobilize social resources to help individuals and units solve problems.Therefore,it is very important for social organizations to give full play to their own advantages,cooperate with schools to carry out safety education activities,make up for the shortcomings of school education,enhance students' awareness of safety prevention and promote the healthy growth of students.This paper takes the "Safe Together,Happy Kids" safety education program as an example,and selects leaders,campus safety ambassadors,students,classroom teachers,as well as the implementing agency and the hub of the program in some elementary schools in Shenyang as respondents.The study was conducted using field observations,questionnaires,and semistructured interviews to understand the form of the project,the results achieved,and the challenges faced in the future development,and to propose a practical and feasible mechanism for collaboration.Through observation and research of the whole process of the project,we found that it is feasible for social organizations to collaborate with schools to carry out safety education.The successful case of the "Safe Together,Happy Kids" project in collaboration with schools to carry out safety education has given rise to thoughts on the collaboration of social organizations in school education,and has provided a "blueprint" for social organizations to effectively collaborate with schools to carry out quality education.Through the study,I found that safety education activities conducted by social organizations in collaboration with schools meet students' theoretical,practical,physical and psychological needs for safety education,promote students' healthy growth,effectively reduce the burden of family education,and make up for the shortcomings of school education.Social organizations,in collaboration with schools,have great advantages over traditional school education and promote the development of a new education model that combines social education with school education and family education,which is a feasible way to promote the development of education.Social organizations need certain prerequisites for collaborative safety education in schools,such as cultivating the public spirit of social organizations;conducting activities oriented to the needs of students and schools;and strengthening the support of social resources.Based on the current situation of school safety education development in China,this paper takes the "Safe Together,Happy Children" safety education project as an example to explore the path of social organizations to collaborate with school safety education development in the process of project implementation,and proposes a feasible mechanism for the collaborative development of social education and school education.
