With the country's emphasis on moral education,the concept of curriculum ideological and political education has gradually become the main development direction of national education work.Therefore,it is very important to explore the influencing factors of middle school PE teachers' classroom teaching behavior from the perspective of ideological and political education,to improve the internalization and externalization of curriculum ideological and political education in PE teachers' teaching behavior,to promote the integration combination and development of sports and moral education,and to realize the organic unity of the teaching of sports skills and moral education.This research takes the influencing factors of PE teachers' classroom teaching behavior as the research object,takes 23 middle school PE teachers as interviewees subjects,and 200 middle school physical education teachers(excluding 23interviewees)as questionnaire respondents,and adopts interviewing methods and grounded theory method,mathematical statistics and other methods to collect and process data.Using grounded theory and combining with NVivo 11 qualitative analysis software encodes the collected data;according to the coding results,dimensions of the factors affecting the classroom teaching behavior of middle school PE teachers are constructed from the ideological and political perspective,and based on this "Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Classroom Teaching Behavior of PE Teachers in Middle School from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Science" is compiled for data collection.After using mathematical statistics combined with SPSS.21.0 and AMOS23.0 to fully test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the final dimensions of the influencing factors are determined and 4 research hypotheses for the construction of the equation model are proposed(Hypothesis 1:school ideological and political teaching has an impact on teachers' ideological and political concepts;Hypothesis 2: School ideological and political management has an impact on teachers' ideological and political concepts;Hypothesis 3: Ideological and political concepts innovation has an impact on teachers' ideological and political concepts;Hypothesis 4: Teachers' ideological and political concepts have an impact on PE teachers' classroom teaching behavior).Depending on the hypothesis,construct the structural equation model of the influencing factors of middle PE education teachers' classroom teaching behavior and verify the original hypothesis.According to the results of the model operations,the four hypotheses are verified;through the analysis of the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The order of the exogenous latent variables affecting the ideological and political concepts of teachers' curriculum is: school ideological and political teaching,school ideological and political management,and ideological and political concept innovation.(2)As an intermediary latent variable in the model of influencing factors,teachers' ideological and political concepts not only have a significant impact on the classroom teaching behavior of physical education teachers,but also are the hub of other influencing factors.(3)Measures such as formulating and promulgating the implementation rules for ideological and political teaching,establishing a recognition mechanism that are connected from top to bottom of ideological and political teaching results,implementing the prominent PE teacher program,promoting ideological and political teaching and research activities in PE classrooms,and connecting college PE majors are vital ways to perfect and optimize the classroom teaching behavior of middle school PE teachers from the perspective of ideological and political thinking.
