Junior high school education is the cornerstone of basic education in China,and it has great significance for junior school students' development.In the education and teaching process,teachers' non-authority influence will have a great impact on students' psychology and behavior,directly affect the teaching effectiveness and results.If the non-authority influence can be fully exerted,it plays an important role in improving the quality of junior high school education.On the contrary,it would lead to inefficiency in teaching process.Therefore,how to attach importance to the effects and functions of teachers' non-authority influence is an important issue faced by junior high school teachers.Based on relevant domestic and foreign research,this paper studies the status quo and existing problems of junior high school teachers' non-authority influence.It mainly uses literature review,interviews,case studies and other methodologies to analyze the development of junior high school teachers' non-authority influence,and put forward the strategies to junior high school teachers.This paper takes the teachers and students of three junior high schools of different levels in A City,Hebei Province as the target group to study the obstacles and reasons in the exertion of non-authority influence of junior high school teachers.Based on the questionnaire and interview,the paper first analyzes the status quo of junior high school teachers' non-athority influence.It mainly investigates the current situation of teachers' understanding and application of non-authority influence,students' expectations and current situation of teachers' comprehensive quality,the current situation of teacher-student emotional communication,and the cultivation of non-authority influence in schools.Secondly,it analyzes the main problems and reasons in the exertion of non-authority influence of junior high school teachers.The main problems include that schools do not pay much attention and lack of necessary nurturing and guidance for non-authority influence;the concept is vague,and teachers fail to establish a clear understanding of non-authority influence.Teachers' comprehensive quality needs to be improved urgently,and the ability to exert non-authority influence is seriously insufficient.Meanwhile,insufficient input of teachers' emotions and energy has seriously affected the exertion of non-authority influence.Finally,according to the existing problems,it is proposed several strategies and it would be included in the assessment and evaluation,and build a strong atmosphere that emphasizes non-authority influence from the school perspective.It is essential to strengthen self-consciousness,and effectively permeate non-authority influence into education and teaching process;as well as strengthen character demonstration ability,leads and inspires students with teachers' personality charm.Improving professional competence and attract students with their outstanding talents and motivate students with their dedication spirit;Besides,teachers need to improve the artistic quality of teaching,enlighten students with their magnetizable teaching styles,and increase emotional investment to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere to students.Through the relevant research on the non-authority influence of junior high school teachers,it is in line with the development needs of the current youth quality education and is conducive to the professional development of teachers and the physical and mental development of students.This paper hopes to bring some experience to other schools' research,which has certain practical significance.
