Higher college education is an important component part of China's higher education, to meet national production, construction, management, the first-line service needs, higher college education's fundamental task is to bring up the person who is a higher application expertise with all the aspects has the comprehensive development, and teacher's teaching level played a key role in the training of person with higher ability. How objective and impartial evaluation of a teacher's teaching appears to be particularly important. This paper is based on the investigation and researches, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in allusion to the practice of College teaching, Evaluation Model was established for evaluating the teaching standards, and using specific examples to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper provide standards for evaluating teacher's teaching level in seeking the practical evaluation methods for colleges.
