With the development of curriculum reform in basic education,the situation of unified use of syllabus has changed greatly.At present,the National Textbooks Committee delimits the range of editions for teaching books,and each province decides the final edition of teaching books by itself.The teaching book is the main reference basis for teachers to implement teaching,and plays an important guiding role in helping teachers to understand the core connotation of the curriculum standard,clarify the teaching content,and improve the quality of classroom teaching.This study takes the selection and use of Teacher's Book for Physical Education and Health in Hainan Compulsory Education Middle School as the research object,takes the physical education teachers in Hainan Compulsory Education Middle School as the research object,and adopts the method of literature,field investigation,investigation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The selection and application results of "Physical Education and Health Teacher's Book" in Hainan Compulsory Education Middle School were analyzed.The results show that :(1)Hainan Provincial Department of Education has less choice of editions of teachers' books;(2)Insufficient ordering of teachers' books by schools;(3)PE teachers' choice of teachers' books is relatively simple and lack of awareness of independent choice;(4)The actual usage rate of teachers' books is high,but some physical education teachers do not use teachers' books;(5)PE teachers have a certain "inheritance" in the selection of editions of teachers' books,and lack of their own research and analysis of teachers' books;(6)PE teachers focus on the use of teaching content,the scope of content use is small,lack of physical education and health theoretical knowledge use;(7)Education departments lack specific policy guidance on the recycling of teaching materials,physical education teachers' recycling effect on teachers' books is not ideal,and the awareness of environmental protection and energy saving is weak;(8)After 2013,the change of teaching books has been greatly improved.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)The Department of Education should increase the selection range of the editions of teachers' books,so as to realize the diversification of editions selection;(2)Education departments shall follow up and investigate the ordering of teachers' books by schools and strengthen supervision and accountability;(3)The Department of Education should increase the publicity of the results of the selection of teachers' books,and help PE teachers to broaden the channels of independent selection of teachers' books;(4)PE teachers should correct their teaching attitude,schools should establish a monitoring and evaluation mechanism,and use evaluation to guide and promote use;(5)The Department of Education shall give full play to the role of the expert database of teaching materials and organize education departments to train teachers in the selection and use of books;(6)Education departments should intensify the publicity of the policy of recycling the use of teaching materials,formulate specific implementation plans,and enhance teachers' awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation;(7)The Department of Education shall actively organize teaching material experts to compile local and school physical education and health curriculum materials.
