With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the needs on talents for the society have undergone important changes.Critical thinking ability is the core skill in the 21 st century,and talents with critical thinking has also become an important force driving the society forward.The time in senior high school is a period to develop students' thinking ability rapidly.Meanwhile,Development and Promotion of Thinking,as one of the core qualities of Chinese subject,has also attracted the attention of many Chinese scholars.Reading instruction is an important link in Chinese teaching,which has become the main venue to cultivate students' critical thinking ability.However,after an in-depth investigation on the current situation of critical thinking cultivation in Chinese reading instruction in senior high school,it can be found that there are still some problems in the current Chinese reading instruction in senior high school,which cause certain obstacles to the development of students' critical thinking.On the basis of previous studies,drawing lessons from the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on critical thinking,and combining with the current situation of Chinese reading teaching in senior high school,this paper discusses how to cultivate students' critical thinking by Chinese reading teaching in senior high school.The paper consists of six parts.It is the introduction in Part I.First,the origin and significance of the topic were introduced,then the current research situation in China and abroad were summarized,and finally the research ideas and methods of this paper were expounded.It is an overview of critical thinking in Part II.Starting from cognition and attitude,the concept of critical thinking was discussed in detail,and then the specific characteristics of critical thinking were summarized.On this basis,critical thinking was distinguished from other common thinking such as creative thinking,dialectical thinking and logical thinking.It is the relationship between critical thinking and Chinese reading instruction in senior high school in Part III.The integrating point between reading instruction in senior high school and cultivating students' critical thinking ability was found,and the necessity and feasibility of cultivating students' critical thinking in Chinese reading instruction in senior high school was analyzed.It is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of critical thinking cultivation in Chinese reading teaching in high school in Part IV.First,the current situation of critical thinking cultivation in Chinese reading instruction in senior high school was investigated through questionnaires and interviews,and then some existing problems in Chinese reading instruction in senior high school were analyzed according to the results above.Finally,the specific reasons for the problem were found out.It is the training strategy of critical thinking in Chinese reading instruction in senior high school in Part V.Starting from the aspects of the teacher's design on reading instruction before class,the way of reading instruction in class,and the evaluation of reading and learning results after class,practical suggestions was put forward for the practical problems in reading instruction.It is the conclusion in Part VI.It mainly summarizes,reflects and looks forward to this thesis.
