Course cohesion is the core of the cohesion of each educational stage.High school and college bridging courses refer to the courses set in high school or colleges to help students better transition from high school education to college education.In this paper,the high school and college biology linkage course is a kind of course for high school students who are able to learn,and on the basis of respecting students' all-round development,excavate students' interest in biology and improve students' learning ability in biology.With the increasing status of biology,the state and society are also essential to the cultivation of biological talents.The teaching task of high school is centered on the college entrance examination.The reform of the new college entrance examination makes high school students have to think about the choice of majors in the future,which needs to be based on the understanding of the content of college specialized courses.This research mainly adopts action research method,supplemented by questionnaire survey,interview method,literature analysis and other educational research methods.Before the start of the study,the author read lots of books and literature as the theoretical basis for this study,and then through the questionnaire investigation and interview method to analyze the feasibility of this study,this paper proposes that the development of the high school and college biological bridging programme strategy,under this strategy in high school biological genetic and evolutionary course design on the basis of the three teaching cases,the Z,X high school teaching practice,A questionnaire was prepared to investigate the changes of students before and after the implementation of the course,and the evaluation of the course was communicated with the teachers.According to the practical effect of the course,the developed high school and university biology linkage course was adjusted,and the final conclusion was drawn.The conclusion of this study is as follows: the development and practice of the curriculum linking high school and university biology can make students more interested in biology,cultivate students' core quality of biology,improve students' comprehensive quality level,and pave the way for students' future major selection and career planning.In addition,introducing the knowledge of biology courses in colleges and universities into high school biology classes can help students with sufficient learning capacity to build a more complete biological knowledge framework and help them understand the discipline logic of biology.This study provides reference for future education reform,provides ideas for future research,and provides new ideas for front-line biology teachers to develop curriculum resources.
