With the deepening of reform and opening-up,the rapid development of the information age,multi-cultural exchanges and collisions are more and more frequent,it is very important to enhance the people's recognition of China's excellent culture.Junior high school students are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation,and the important subject of cultural inheritance and promotion.Their attitude towards different cultures is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Cultivating junior high school students' identification with their national culture is the requirement of building a socialist cultural power,and also the need of promoting the comprehensive development of junior high school students.As an important guiding course for junior high school students' ideological enlightenment and concept building,the course of morality and rule of law undertakes the important mission of improving students' cultural literacy,cultivating cultural identity and building cultural self-confidence.Therefore,it is of great significance and far-reaching influence to cultivate cultural identity in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.At the same time,there are many researches on the cultivation of cultural identity in politics class of senior high school students,and the actual implementation is also better,while there are few researches on how to cultivate cultural identity in morality and rule of law class of junior high school.Based on the above reasons,this paper focuses on the group of junior high school students and the moral and rule of law curriculum,and puts forward a detailed elaboration on the topic of “the cultivation of cultural identity in junior high school moral and rule of law curriculum”.Based on the identification cultivation of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Chinese revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,supported by modern cognitive theory,this paper uses the methods of literature research,sampling questionnaire survey,individual interview and case study to investigate the culture identification cultivation of morality and rule of law course in junior middle school.The article is mainly divided into four parts.The introduction part introduces the background significance,research difficulties,research methods,and the current research status at home and abroad.The first chapter introduces the related concepts of cultural identity,the specific content of cultural identity cultivation in junior middle school moral and rule of law course,and the significance of cultural identity cultivation in junior middle school moral and rule of law course.In the second chapter,based on questionnaire survey,taking four junior high schools in different regions of Tongchuan City as representatives,has a preliminary understanding of related situation of students' cultural identity,the cultivation of junior high school students' cultural identity in moral and rule of law course,and the development of cultural activities are analyzed.The key problems in the cultivation of cultural identity in moral and rule of law course are obtained,and the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of teachers themselves,students,schools and so on.On the basis of the above investigation and analysis.The third chapter on the basis of the above investigation and analysis,combined with individual interviews,this paper preliminarily explores the Cultivation Strategies of cultural identity in junior middle school moral and rule of law course from five aspects: making good use of cultural resources,consolidating cultural literacy reserves,innovating teaching methods,enhancing students' interest in learning,basing on students' life,expanding students' cultural practice,refining students' "Insight",enhancing cultural identification ability,improving school teaching evaluation,and building a scientific evaluation system of cultural identity.
