It is necessary for every high school ideological and political teacher to practice hard skills and take responsibility for the precise "drip irrigation" in the jointing and booting stage of high school students to teach ideological and political courses well.“For a country to prosper,it must respect its teachers.” In the new era,it is a major educational project to comprehensively deepen the construction of ideological and political teachers,and build a high-quality professional and innovative high school ideological and political teachers team that the party and the people are satisfied with.As a teacher reserve and key target,the novice high school ideological and political teachers are responsible for enlightening and moisturizing education,and their professional independent development has extraordinary value of the times.The so-called professional independent development of novice high school ideological and political teachers refers to under the dual influence of educational environment and independent development awareness,novice high school ideological and political course teachers consciously formulate professional development goals and plans according to personal actual situation and professional development needs,and constantly improve their personal professional knowledge,professional ability and professional affection in practice.Its basic contents include the independent development of professional knowledge of ontology,conditionality and practical knowledge;independent development of professional abilities such as ideological and political education,teaching response,teaching research and so on;the independent development of professional feelings of professional ideal,professional sentiment,professional orientation,professional self.Correspondingly,it presents a teaching orientation,based on ideological and political teaching materials and major policies;practical orientation,emphasis on knowledge teaching and light on thought guidance;survival orientation,relying on external support and emotional arousal professional independent development characteristics.Through questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations,it is found that there are the following prominent problems in carrying out professional independent development activities for some novice high school ideological and political teachers.The effectiveness of the independent development of professional knowledge is not good,which shows that the depth of the independent development of ontological knowledge is not enough,the intensity of the independent development of conditional knowledge is not enough,and the accuracy of the independent development of practical knowledge is not high.The focus of the independent development of professional ability is vague,which shows that it ignores the independent refinement of teaching ability,ignores the independent improvement of classroom management ability,and ignores the independent improvement of moral education ability.The motivation of independent development of professional affection is insufficient,which shows that the willingness of independent development professional ideal is weak,the enthusiasm of independent development professional sentiment needs to be improved,the motivation level of independent development professional orientation is low,and the goal of independent development professional is not clear.There are four reasons.First,the subjective factors of novice teachers weaken the internal driving force of professional independent development.The outstanding performance is that the sense of professional identity is low,the sense of teaching efficacy is poor,and the sense of independent development is weak.Second,the normal education system is still flawed,which affects the support of professional independent development.This is reflected in the structure of the courses for ideological and political normal university students to be optimized,part of the ideological and political education curriculum content to be updated,ideological and political normal education teaching methods are relatively simple.Third,the management mode of high school is inadequate,which weakens the active ability of professional independent development.Specifically,the teaching task arrangement of novices in high school ideological and political courses is not reasonable enough,the professional development measures of novices in high school ideological and political courses are ineffective,and the evaluation system of middle school teachers is utilitarian.Fourth,social evaluation and college entrance examination system have interference,weaken the independent development of major after the force.The comprehensive reflection is that the social recognition of high school ideological and political course teachers is relatively low,and the new college entrance examination system reform brings new challenges to ideological and political course and teachers.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the professional independent development of novice high school ideological and political course teachers,we should improve it from four aspects: teachers’ internal drive,normal education system,high school management strategy and social environment.First,deepen professional affection shaping and enhance the inner drive of professional independent development of novice teachers.They should build a solid emotional foundation and enhance professional identity;give play to the vigorous role and enhance the sense of self-efficacy;participate in teaching and research activities to boost confidence in professional independent development;practice lifelong learning to continuously promote professional independent development.Second,improve the normal education system,strengthen the ideological and political normal university students professional independent development support.The normal education system should reasonably adjust the curriculum structure of teacher education and build a platform for all-round development;scientific design of normal education curriculum content,fit the actual teaching demands;enrich the teaching methods of normal education and enhance the basic skills of normal students.The third is to improve the management strategy of high school and release the active ability of novice teachers in professional independent development.High school should adjust the work quota of novice teachers to create conditions for professional independent development;improve the training system and improve the quality level to meet the needs of professional independent development;improve the assessment and evaluation system of middle school teachers to enhance the willingness of professional independent development;pay attention to practical education and innovate the training mode to build a platform for professional independent development;empower novice teachers and target them Caring,leaving enough space for professional independent development.Fourth,to create a good social environment to stimulate novice teachers after professional independent development.This needs to improve the subject status and professional recognition,optimize the social environment for novice teachers’ professional independent development;establish a teacher professional development system throughout their career to ensure novice teachers’ professional independent development;pay to novice teachers is moderately inclined,and improve the incentive mechanism for teachers’ professional independent development.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the four forces to help novice high school ideological and political course teachers successfully complete the role transformation and ability improvement,and boost the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political course and the construction of teachers’ team in the new era.
