Practical Research On Optimizing Junior Middle School Biology Teaching By Applying Subject Classrooms

In the context of the new curriculum reform,subject teaching is no longer just "preaching and teaching work to solve puzzles",and cultivating students' core literacy is the key.But at the moment,most schools still use traditional classrooms as the main teaching position,which often results in low utilization of teaching resources,outdated teaching methods,low classroom participation and weak inquiry skills,which seriously hinder the development of core literacy.In order to solve this problem,the author's school tried to establish a biology subject classroom,using its resource integration and strong subject atmosphere to make up for the shortcomings of traditional classrooms,to optimize junior high school biology teaching,and to develop students' core literacy of subjects in an all-round way.This study takes students from 4 parallel classes as the research object,and a total of 2 experimental groups.In each group,the experimental class and the control class use subject classrooms and traditional classrooms to carry out teaching activities.The author serves as subject teachers,using the literature method,Questionnaire survey method,interview method,educational experiment method and data analysis method are used to develop students' core literacy as the main line.The research on the construction of biology subject classrooms and the summary of junior high school biology teaching strategies are carried out,aiming to utilize the resources of subject classrooms.The integrated function of optimizing junior high school biology teaching.Finally,the effect evaluation is carried out from three aspects: changes in students' learning status,changes in performance and development level of core literacy.The main findings are as follows:(1)According to questionnaire surveys and interviews,most schools in our district still use traditional classroom teaching.The utilization rate of school teaching resources is low,the form of classroom teaching is single,students' scientific inquiry ability cannot be cultivated,and the formation of subject core literacy is hindered.Therefore,it is very necessary to try to build a biology subject classroom with strong integration of resources and strong subject atmosphere.(2)Guided by the core literacy of the subject,constructing subject classrooms with rational thinking and scientific inquiry as the main line.It has set up 7 areas: core teaching area,experimental exploration area,model display area,biological breeding area,data review area,teacher office area,and biological theme wall to achieve maximum integration of teaching resources,create a subject learning atmosphere,and meet daily teaching and experimentation The eight functions of inquiry,work display,career planning,life experience,office,understanding of society and after-school learning.(3)Guided by the new curriculum standard,the process of teaching junior high school biology in applied disciplines classrooms is summarized into five steps: creating a situation,introducing a new class-showing goals,clarifying directions-task-driven,teamwork-construction Framework,knowledge acquisition-connection with life,emotional enhancement,and provide real and effective reference suggestions for actual teaching.Among them,"task-driven,group cooperation" is an important part of instructional design,which can help students use the integrated resources of the subject classroom to experience the whole process of knowledge formation,and at the same time develop the core literacy of the subject.(4)Through SPSS.22 analysis,it is found that through the teaching of applied biology subject classrooms,students' learning status can be improved from the three aspects of interest,effect,and method.While promoting students to master the knowledge of junior high school biology,they can also develop the core literacy of the subject.Comprehensively optimize junior high school biology teaching.(5)Apply biology in classroom teaching,supervise teachers to innovate teaching methods,and learn education and teaching theories,so that teachers have achieved remarkable results in professional development.With regard to how to further apply subject classrooms to optimize junior high school biology teaching,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Through practice,observation,and improvement of the researcher's own professional level,further improve the facilities of subject classrooms in developing the core literacy of students,and formulate regulations and rules for the use of relevant subject classrooms inside and outside the classroom in each area.(2)Try to use the "student growth file" to track and record the dynamic changes in three aspects of the students' application subject classroom learning process,collect a large amount of experimental data,and avoid the influence of accidental factors in the evaluation.In summary,applied subject classrooms make up for the shortcomings of traditional classrooms,and can achieve the goal of helping students improve their learning status,improve academic performance,and develop the core literacy of biology subjects.Therefore,the effect of optimizing junior high school biology teaching is significant.
