The physical health of adolescents has become a "pain point" and difficulty in the development of the country in the new era.The integration of sports and education has become the concept and model innovation of the top-level design of the country in the new era.The reform of teaching needs to be implemented in many aspects,such as the innovation of teaching content,the development of physical education teachers,and the improvement of students' physical fitness.In 2015,the Ministry of Education promulgated the policy of “one ball,one exercise for one school”,which means that cheerleading has become an important item in school sports activities and plays an important role in improving students' physical fitness and promoting their healthy development.Lala Cao is not a candidate item for the senior high school entrance examination.It has the characteristics of unstable personnel and inability to persist for a long time.This research explores the procedures of junior high school physical education technical curriculum design through the research on the design of school-based cheerleading courses in junior high schools,and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of school-based cheerleading courses and the development of the integration of cheerleading sports and education.To make up for the insufficiency of the content of the cheerleading course at this stage,based on the original technical training,Strengthen the design of cheerleading theories,training,competitions,etc.,to achieve the goal of perfecting school-based cheerleading courses,promoting content,single organization and teaching methods,imperfect evaluation standards,and the lack of cheerleading semesters,fewer classes per week,and short class hours.The lack of teaching materials and other issues in the course hindered the development of school-based courses and the improvement of athletics.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,the design of the school-based cheerleading course in Shenyang 165 Middle School needs to adhere to the guiding ideology of health first,sports integration,and lifelong sports.The design of course objectives,content,teaching strategies and course evaluation should be designed according to the different characteristics of the popular cheerleading teaching class and the special training of cheerleading.Conclusion: Health first,integration of sports and education,and lifelong physical education are the guiding ideologies for the school-based curriculum design of Lala Dancing under the background of integration of sports and education.The design of school-based curriculum in the context of the integration of sports and education requires the improvement and improvement of cheerleading venues,teachers,teaching management,class schedules,teaching materials and other aspects from the perspective of competitive training,so as to promote the school's physical education curriculum and sports school.The integration of training courses promotes the improvement of cheerleading teaching and training.Under the background of the integration of physical education and
