The core literacy of Biology discipline is put forward to guide the direction of Biology teaching purpose.The concept of life,as an important symbol of the Core literacy of Biology,is the application and sublimation of knowledge by students,and the concept of structure and function,as the basis of the concept of life,is of great significance in achieving teaching goals.Therefore,this research is based on the theoretical knowledge of the structure and function view,and proposes effective teaching strategies for the cultivation of the structure and function view.Taking "Basic Structure of Cell" as an example,proposes a reference application process,and expects to understand the structure and function view cultivation provides effective advice.Firstly,through the literature research method,analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign research status of the structure and function view,understand the connotation,significance and effective training strategy of the structure and function view,and lay the theoretical foundation for subsequent practical research.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method to analyze and summarize the status of teachers and students,it is found that teachers do not pay special attention to the cultivation of the structure and function view in practice.Although the students have a strong interest in teaching Biology,they have a strong understanding of the structure and function view.The level of cognition,understanding,and application is not high,and the learning motivation and attitude are also average.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,students from two classes with similar levels were selected to be divided into experimental class and control class.Thirdly,through the case analysis method,select the two sections of the People's Education Edition "Cell Membrane-System Boundary" and "Cell Nucleus-System Control Center" as examples to apply the teaching strategy based on the structure and function view.This research is based on the teacher's opinion Based on literature research,four teaching strategies of analogy,concept mapping,logical reasoning,and introduction of social hotspots were put forward to make teaching case design and applied to the classroom.The experimental class adopts the teaching strategy based on the structure and function view,and the control class adopts the conventional teaching strategy.Fourth,through the experimental research method,the experimental class and the control class were taught with different teaching strategies and compared the level of structure and function,the emotional attitudes of Biology learning,and the difference in biological performance.The results showed that the students in the experimental class were in The cognition,understanding,application,generalization,and biological emotional attitude of the structure and function view have been significantly improved,and there is a significant difference from the control class.Among them,the average score of the structure and function view is about 2 points.,There is a difference of about 2.5 points in the average score of the biological emotional attitude survey.The average score of the Biology test in the experimental class was about 3.5points higher than that in the control class.It shows that the teaching strategy proposed in this study has a positive effect on the construction of students' view of structure and function and test scores.Finally,come to the conclusion of this research: teaching based on the structure and function view requires studying the textbooks,and the teaching strategy of this research is helpful to construct the structure and function view,and improve the students' performance,the cognition and understanding of the structure and function view.It is helpful to improve the students' biological emotional attitude experience,help to build the concept of life,and put forward future prospects for the deficiencies of research.
