In the relationship network formed by the four dimensions of core literacy in biology,the concept of life is at the core,which is the symbol and key of core literacy,and has irreplaceable value in biology curriculum.Moreover,the concept of structure and function is one of the basic concepts of life.The dialectical unity of structure and function is embodied in all levels of life system.The curriculum objective of the curriculum standard for biology of high school(2017)emphasizes that students should be able to use the concept of life to understand life phenomena and explore the law of life.Therefore,it is necessary and practical to help students construct the concept of structure and function.At present,the research on biological core literacy mostly stays in four dimensions.Taking the concept of life as an example,the research on the finer level is restricted on a theory and the connection with the specific teaching content is not close enough.Therefore,this study adopted the teaching strategy of life situation to cultivate students' structure and function view,and studied its teaching effect.The research results will provide teaching reference and suggestions for the construction of structure and function view.The main results are summarized as follows.1.Through the stage test,it was found that there was a significant difference between the post test results of the experimental class and the control class,but there was no significant difference between the level one of the cognitive level,but there were significant differences between the level two,level three and level Four of the application level.Combined with the level of knowledge and application in Bloom's education goal taxonomy,the paper showed that the teaching strategy of life situation was conducive to the improvement of students' knowledge transfer ability and application ability.Moreover,according to the results of paired sample ttest,there were significant progress in the total score,level one score and level Four score in the pre-test and post test of experimental class.It could be concluded that life situation was able to effectively promote the formation of students' structure and function view.2.According to the actual situation of classroom teaching and students' interviews,it was found that the creation of life situation had a positive impact on classroom teaching effect.Students' desire for knowledge,concentration and learning enthusiasm were improved,and the classroom atmosphere was harmonious and active.It could be seen that life situation improved students' participation in biology class.3.After the teaching research experiment,the final examination scores of biology in the experimental class were higher than those in the control class and reached a significant level.It showed that the life situation teaching strategy could make the abstract knowledge intuitive and concrete,which was conducive to enhancing students' understanding of the abstract knowledge,and also helped students keep the memory of the knowledge concepts related to the structure and function concept.
