The core quality of Chinese students’ development is "all-round development person",which refers to the essential character and key ability that students should have and can adapt to the needs of life-long development and social development.The implementation of core literacy is closely related to subject teaching.The content of biology is to study the phenomena and laws of life.The core quality of biology discipline puts "life concept" in the first place,which highlights the unique educational value of biological science.The concept of life is relatively abstract,just like a castle in the air.It is in urgent need of landing in the daily teaching process.The concept of structure and function is one of the most basic views in the concept of life,including "structure view","function view" and "the relationship between structure and function",among which the core is the dialectical unity of structure and function.This research method includes literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method.Then,taking DNA knowledge as the clue,based on the concept of structure and function,the curriculum standards are sorted out,the learning requirements and academic quality standards of students’ curriculum content are analyzed.Based on this,the corresponding teaching design and teaching practice are carried out.Through questionnaire survey,students’ mastery is tested,and teaching evaluation and analysis are carried out.It is clear that the connotation of "structure and function view" can be divided into three levels,and each level corresponds to the specific connotation.According to theconnotation guidance,after analyzing the curriculum standard,it is found that there are structure and function concepts in biology related knowledge.However,in order to better understand how to cultivate students’ structure and function concept in teaching,I will focus on the understanding of "structure view","function view" and "structure and function view" of DNA.Through carding the quality level of middle school work in the curriculum standard,extracting key words for analysis,it is concluded that there are levels of teaching.From the perspective of concept and situation,this research divides it into four teaching levels,which can also be shown in the teaching practice of structure and function view.The initial understanding of structure corresponds to the first level,and only needs to provide simple situation in teaching;the function view corresponds to the second and third levels,which requires students to give examples to explain,from dealing with simple situations to complex situations,and solving problems The structure function view corresponds to the fourth level,which requires students to be able to explain and solve practical problems in life.According to the above teaching levels,the "structure","function","structure and function concept" of different life system levels in the teaching material content are sorted out,which provides ideas for the follow-up teaching design.In this study,we selected "the structure of DNA" as the teaching display of structural view,"gene guiding protein synthesis" as the teaching display of functional view,and "gene mutation" as the teaching display of structural and functional view.Finally,the excellent course case "chrysanthemum tissue culture" as a comprehensive display.Through the close reading of the textbook,it is found that the teaching level of "structure and function concept" is also reflected in the teaching materials.Through the creation of situations,the setting of series of questions and the display of pictures,it provides a reference teaching strategy.In this study,six classes with similar class size and consistent teaching progress were divided into two groups.In the experimental class,the teaching practice of structure and function concept was carried out,and the control class was given ordinary teaching.After the implementation of teaching,questionnaire survey was carried out on the students of six classes.The accuracy of each question in the experimental class and the control class was counted by Excel Well,it shows that the teaching based on the concept of structure and function can help students understand the relevant concepts and form the concept of structure and function.Although some achievements have been made in this study,there are still some areas to be improved due to the short research period and the small number of samples.In the future research,the author will unite the strength of the whole biology lesson preparation group,carry out experiments in the whole grade,expand the sample number,consciously increase the process evaluation,enrich the question types in the questionnaire survey,and strive to make the experiment more effective Conclusion further improvement.
