Since the introduction of work family conflict,it has been widely studied by researchers.Nowadays,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing number of dual income families,work family conflict among employees has become more and more prominent.The increasing conflict between work and family will inevitably affect subjective well-being and work performance,and limit the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,based on domestic and foreign research,this paper examines the impact of work family conflict on married employees,and analyzes the problems and causes of work family conflict.It has important theoretical and practical significance in alleviating the workplace family conflict of married employees and improving family well-being and work performance.This paper first introduces the related concepts of work and family conflict,and summarizes the related theories of work and family,and summarizes the relevant research on work and family conflict at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the married employees of P Company to analyze the work-family conflict status of the samples.Then,combined with the current situation of work and family conflict of married employees in P Company,the author summarized and analyzed the existing problems of work and family conflict of married employees in P Company.Finally,based on the role conflict theory,boundary theory,spillover and compensation theory,and role expectation theory,this paper puts forward the corresponding management policies to solve the work and family conflicts of married employees in P Company,so as to help the married employees in P Company promote the conflicts among family members and achieve the work-family balance.Strengthen enterprise staff management,meet staff needs,pay attention to staff career development,pay attention to staff participation,strengthen staff training;Balancing work and family,optimizing flexible working system and building family welfare policy;Give full play to the role of management,innovate the working atmosphere,system management and supervision;Employee differential strategy,the differential strategy of married employees of different genders,the differential strategy of married employees of different ages,the differential strategy of married employees of different positions.By establishing modern scientific and reasonable employee management strategies,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of married employees and workfamily conflicts,in order to achieve the work-family balance of married employees in enterprises,which other enterprises can refer to.
