As a branch of sports dance,Latin dance is a sport that integrates artistic performance and physical health.Because of its unique charm and advantages in promoting the physical and mental growth of children,it is deeply loved by children and parents.In recent years,children's Latin dance education has developed vigorously across the country.However,due to the influence of the strength of teachers,the quality of teaching is uneven and the teaching effect is not obvious.As a competitive sport that emphasizes technique,Latin dance is a kind of sport.According to the characteristics of physical and mental development in the teaching and training of young children,Through an effective method of teaching and learning,it is the focus of this paper to stimulate students' interest,arouse students' enthusiasm and improve teaching efficiency and quality.This paper uses literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,comparative analysis and other comprehensive methods to analyze and research,and explore the effect of using Skinner's strengthening theory to guide children's Latin dance teaching practice.After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,through the comparative analysis of students' physical quality,motor skills and psychological development,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Using Skinner's intensified theory to guide children's Cha-Cha dance teaching can effectively improve children's strength,speed and endurance.But which is no effect on the improvement of flexibility quality.(2)Using strengthening theory to guide children's cha-cha dance teaching can effectively improve children's body posture,music rhythm and movement skills.(3)The use of reinforcement theory to guide children's cha-cha teaching can effectively improve children's interest in learning,cooperative spirit and sports confidence.
