Chinese homework is a purposeful and planned learning task that students can take advantage of extra time to complete the assignments by the teacher.The "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening and Improving the Teaching and Research Work of Basic Education in the New Era" pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the research on key links such as curriculum,teaching,homework and examination evaluation.Homework feedback is not only an indispensable part of the teacher-guided learning process,but also an unavoidable part of each homework link.The research conducted a questionnaire survey of Chinese teachers and students in School A of City C to understand the current situation of Chinese homework feedback,and through individual interviews to understand the knowledge and practices of primary school Chinese teachers.The study found it is limited by the school system management and language teachers’ own work pressure,the effect of homework feedback has been improved compared with before,but there are still some practical problems,such as,the form of homework feedback is still dominated by teachers;the feedback content is lack of flexibility;and the effect of homework feedback is not good.These problems arise because of teachers’ heavy work and limited energy,students’ cognition of homework,parents’ excessive attention to performance,and lacking of homework feedback standards and training in schools.In order to improve the feedback effect of Chinese homework,firstly,we should update the concept of homework and deepen the function of homework feedback.;Secondly,we should adjust the feedback method to reasonably present the feedback effect;Thirdly,we should improve the feedback content to strengthen effective communication between teachers and students;Finally,we should pay attention to the timeliness of feedback to promote students’ timely revision.This is expected to attract the attention of educators,especially the attention of the homework feedback link,and to jointly promote the development of education and teaching.
