| This study mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on,and studies the practical knowledge of middle school physical education teachers on the basis of relevant theories such as pedagogy,psychology and school physical education.Firstly,the theoretical framework of practical knowledge of PE teachers in middle schools is constructed.Secondly,on this basis,the ‘Practical knowledge scale of PE teachers in middle schools’ was compiled.Finally,the self-compiled ‘Practical knowledge scale of PE teachers in middle schools’ was adopted to investigate the status quo of practical knowledge of PE teachers in middle schools in Fujian province.The research results are as follows:1.The practical knowledge of middle school PE teachers is composed of six dimensions: educational belief,self-knowledge,interpersonal knowledge,situational knowledge,strategic knowledge and reflective knowledge.“Practical knowledge scale of PE teachers in middle schools” compiled according to the theoretical model of practical knowledge of middle school PE teachers has good reliability and validity.2.Middle school physical education teachers in fujian province overall in the average level of practical knowledge,suggests that middle school physical education teachers in Fujian province is in the process of sports teaching pays attention to the use of practical knowledge,according to the dimension of each factor score from low to high order are: reflective knowledge,personal knowledge,strategic knowledge,situational knowledge,self knowledge,education belief.3.Although gender middle school PE teachers’ practical knowledge in education belief,human sexual knowledge dimension exists significant difference,but in self knowledge,strategic knowledge,situational knowledge,reflective knowledge dimension there is no significant difference,female teachers in every factor dimension average practical knowledge is higher than male teachers,this could be caused by female teachers pay more attention to their own ability to improve.4.Different age of middle school PE teachers’ practical knowledge in education belief,self knowledge,interpersonal knowledge,situational knowledge,strategic knowledge,reflective knowledge exist significant differences,21-30 years old age group practical knowledge is relatively weak,as the growing of the age,practicality knowledge ability also constantly improve,51 years of age or older age group is the highest.5.There are significant differences in the practical knowledge of middle school PE teachers with different professional titles in self-knowledge,interpersonal knowledge,situational knowledge,strategic knowledge and reflective knowledge.With the improvement of professional titles,practical knowledge is constantly improved.The higher the professional title,the stronger the practical knowledge ability.6.Different local middle school PE teachers’ practical knowledge in education belief,self knowledge,interpersonal knowledge,situational knowledge,strategic knowledge,reflective knowledge exist significant difference,the city is higher than the villages and towns,the villages and towns is higher than the countryside,but the villages and towns and rural teachers in terms of human sexual knowledge and situational knowledge does not exist significant differences. |
