Research On The Optimization Of Summer Camp Services For Social Workers Institutions Under Demand Orientation

In recent years,the summer camp service has become one of the hot services during the summer vacation of the F city’s social work agency.However,with the rapid economic development,social transformation,and continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the traditional supply-oriented summer camp service has been difficult to meet the diverse needs of children.Therefore,solving the contradiction between the supply of summer camp services and the needs of children in social work institutions,and improving the relevance and effectiveness of summer camp services have become issues that social work institutions need to face.It is necessary for social work institutions to design summer camp services on the basis of fully understanding children’s needs to optimize the mode of summer camp service supply and improve the efficiency of summer camp service supply.Therefore,The summer camp services of social work institutions should be child-oriented and fully understand their needs.Under the guidance of professional values and theories,activities and content should be formulated to meet the needs of children,so as to give full play to the advantages of social workers to provide children with more appropriate needs Summer camp services.Under the guidance of Bradshaw’s demand theory and ERG theory,this paper investigated the supply status of summer camp of social work institutions and the demand of children in F city,and combined with the existing literature,studied and discussed the problems existing in the supply of summer camp services of social work institutions under the guidance of demand.First,the paper clarifies the concepts related to the summer camp services of social work institutions under demand-oriented,including demand-oriented,social work institutions,summer camps of social work institutions,etc.Secondly,through the analysis of the questionnaire and the content of the interviews,this paper analyzes and summarizes the supply and demand status and existing problems of the summer camp services of social work institutions in F city from two aspects: the supply and demand of the summer camp services of social work institutions and the demand of children.Finally,On the basis of sorting out the literature and taking the survey results as the practical basis,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the summer camp service supply of social work institutions,and finds that the main reasons are the cognitive bias of the demand subjects,the insufficient amount and accuracy of the service provided by the service supply subjects,and the service guarantee subjects’ indifference to the demand.In this regard,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the summer camp service of social work institutions from the aspects of changing the cognition of demand subjects,improving the total and precision of service supply,and establish a demand-oriented guarantee mechanism...
