Curriculum standards are the basis for the preparation of textbooks,teaching,evaluation,and examination propositions.In 2017,the Ministry of Education promulgated the standards for general high school geography curriculum(The 2017edition).Whether the college entrance examination achieves the purpose of selecting talents or not is closely related to the consistency of the curriculum standards requirements.Therefore,exploring the consistency between the college entrance examination and the geography curriculum standard in the senior middle school is an inevitable problem for both teachers' teaching and students' learning evaluation.This paper selects the National College Entrance Examination Geography Volume 1,"General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(Experimental)" and "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(The 2017 Edition)" from 2017-2019 as the research objects to performs qualitative and quantitative analysis by using the SEC consistency analysis tool,as well as to analyze the main factors that affect the degree of consistency,and to propose corresponding strategies.Firstly,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three models based on the curriculum implementation survey(SEC),Weber and Achievement Company,we chose to build a localized "SEC" consistency analysis model to analyze the consistency between the college entrance examination geography test paper and two types of high school geography curriculum standards.At the same time,according to the localized "SEC" consistency analysis model,a two-dimensional matrix table of the college entrance examination geography test paper and two types of high school geography curriculum standards are constructed to calculate the consistency between the college entrance examination geography test paper from2017-2019 and two types of high school geography curriculum standards index.Then,according to the consistency calculation results,the consistency degrees of the college entrance examination geography test paper and two types of high school geography curriculum standards are analyzed from the four-dimension overall consistency,content theme,cognitive level and specific examples.Finally,what could be found is that factors such as the college entrance examination geographic examination outline,geography curriculum standards,college entrance examination geographic examination papers,education policies,classroom teachings,and students' achievements are closely related to the level of consistency through investigation.In order to improve teaching standards and ensure high quality academic evaluations,some suggestions are followeds as: perfect the college entrance examination geography examination outline and refine the geography curriculum standards,regulate the propositions,implement the education policies,improve teachers' teaching and evaluation literacy,and devote to build a localized consistency analysis model.The study results present the consistency degree between the geography examination papers of the college entrance examination and two types of geography curriculum standards quantitatively,which is conducive to strengthen teachers' ability of understanding to the geography examination questions and geography curriculum standards of the college entrance examination,and attaches importance to the guiding role of the college entrance examination as well as curriculum standards in teaching and propositions.It has a certain guiding significance for geography teachers to accurately grasp the focus of teaching in daily teaching,and for those who proposition in paper to determine the direction of the proposition during the proposition process.
