Academic evaluation is a powerful driving force to promote the education and teaching advanced. The college entrance examination as the most important academic evaluation in high school phase, plays an important role in choose talents?guide students to the future development of the road?embody the social equity. It has a decisive influence in whole country. To make the examination become more equitable, college entrance examination paper proposition has been constantly exploring. In 2015, college entrance examination papers of geography be used as much as 14 in our nation, whether this papers can reflect the objectivity and fairness of the college entrance examination? And whether they are able to implement the new curriculum standards on the breadth of knowledge and cognitive level requirements? Therefore, we need for a more scientific and effective evaluation criteria for the college entrance examination papers analysis. In this situation, this paper will focus on the conformance relationship between college entrance examination papers and content standards of geography curriculum standards.This study choose 14 geographic college entrance examination paper in 2015 and the contents of the curriculum standard part as the research object. By finishing reading the relevant literature, I realize that there are three current major consistency analysis model:Weber consistency analysis mode, "SEC "consistency analysis models and success analysis mode. Starting from the needs of this study, combining with the characteristics of consistency analysis mode, I select the "SEC" consistency analysis model to study in the conformance relationship between college entrance examination paper of question must be answer part and the compulsory portion of content standards of geography curriculum standard in high school. This study provides a scientific and effective method of geography academic evaluation. Also provide a reference for the scope of the proposition and teachers to ensure the consistency between student learning and academic evaluation. At the same time, this paper can provide a reference for the proposition autonomous provinces which will use national paper to examination preparation.In this paper, the research process consists of three steps:First, on the basis of reference foreign consistency analysis case, according to the facts of basic education to build the conformance framework between college entrance examination paper and content standards of geography curriculum, get the "content themes × cognitive level" coding matrix.Next, compare the consistency level between college entrance examination paper and geography curriculum standards, and comparing papers by region, type, and analyze the reasons of differences.Finally, make an overall evaluation of the curriculum standard consistency between the college entrance examination paper and geography curriculum in 2015, analyses factors that influence the consistency and put forward reasonable suggestions.Study conclusions are as follows:(1) There is no remarkable consistency in statistical significance between the 14 college entrance examination papers and the content standards(2) In terms of subject content, compared with the content standards, the examination paper on the content of the theme of the lack of balance.(3) In terms of cognitive dimension, the college entrance examination paper has higher requirements on the whole compared to the content standards, and the distribution of the cognitive requirements of the test paper is even more unbalanced.(4) There is a certain link of college entrance examination papers and content standards and consistent with the level of regional economic conditions situation, the higher the per capita GDP, higher college entrance examination papers and content standards conformance level.(5) Relative to the Comprehensive Arts paper, the geography-only paper has a higher consistency with content standards.
