Research On Social Workers' Strategies Of Interventing In Public Welfare Crowdfunding From The Perspective Of Trust

After the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated,individuals could only raise funds through charitable organizations with public fundraising qualifications.It has become the first choice for many families who have no way to go to initiate individual help in the crowdfunding platforms with public fundraising qualifications such as "Fun in Funding" and "Waterdrop Fund".With the development of network and mobile payment,the scale of public welfare crowdfunding is expanding.However,news such as fraudulent donations are often reported in newspapers.The loss of public trust in public welfare crowdfunding will be a major blow to the development of the whole public welfare crowdfunding.This paper applies the theory of trust to the analysis of trust construction in public welfare crowdfunding.The trust construction of public welfare crowdfunding mainly depends on three factors:information foundation,"acquaintance" foundation and system foundation.The process of trust construction includes information construction,interactive interpretation,participation in donation,supervision and feedback.The specific steps of public welfare crowdfunding can be summarized as three steps:initiating rescue,raising money,withdrawing and treating.Through analysis,the author generalizes the strategies of social workers'involvement in public welfare crowdfunding into attraction strategy,fund-raising strategy and supervision strategy."Fun in Funding" is the largest public welfare crowdfunding platform in China,and it has a certain representation in the field of public welfare crowdfunding.Taking the "Fun in Funding" as an example,the author introduces the specific process of public welfare crowdfunding,and selects Mr Wang's lung replacement rescue project,which has relatively complete social workers' intervention process to complete strategies and a certain reference.Specific strategies for social workers involved in public welfare crowdfunding.Through correct description of the status quo,accurate grasp of psychological positioning,and strict control of the amount of information to consolidate information trust;through interaction to explain doubts,promote dissemination and increase the trust of acquaintances;and then improve the trust of the system through the use and control of good money,the use of detailed publicity,and the management of remaining funds.By reflecting on the improvements in this process,this paper sums up the innovation mechanism of social work involved in public welfare crowdfunding,and strives to achieve the specialization of crowdfunding team,the organization of caring groups,and the diversification of feedback mechanism,so as to improve the public welfare crowdfunding model.
