Education is the foundation of a nation.With the state's emphasis on education,the reform of the examination and enrollment system has been deepened in recent years,and the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination has been steadily promoted.At the same time,the change of education policy has aroused the anxiety of parents and customers for lack of understanding of the policy.Therefore,the academic planning and voluntary filling industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for talents in the industry has also increased significantly.However,because the development of the industry started late and there are relatively few experienced talents,enterprises want to stand out in the rapid development of the industry,so the cultivation of talents is essential,and the staff training management should also be paid attention to.Company B was founded in 2015,and its main business is the course guidance for senior three candidates in college entrance examination and independent selection.At present,it is difficult for the product service center of company B to recruit experienced employees.Although a lot of training has been carried out,the effect is not significant.Through the analysis of this case,we find that there are many problems in the daily work and management of the product service center,such as new employees are complained repeatedly,the effect of staff training is not good,no attention is paid to the training evaluation,lack of internal training instructor ability and so on.After analysis,the main reasons for the problems in training management are the lack of comprehensive training needs analysis,the lack of pertinence and diversity in training curriculum design,the lack of effective training evaluation,and the lack of management and incentive in the trainer team.In this thesis through the in-depth mining of the problems in the training management of the product service center of company B,combined with the existing theoretical system,the causes of the problems are summarized,applying the theory and method of training management,combined with the situation of the product service center of company B,this paper puts forward the solutions and guarantee measures for the improvement of training management.At the same time,this paper also provides a reference basis and direction for other companies in the same industry or consulting industry to have similar training management problems.
