Since ancient times,my country has paid attention to education.With the popularization of culture,the degree of emphasis on education is also increasing.This degree of attention can be reflected in the annual increase in the allocation of education financial funds in our country.According to research findings,our education expenditure has reached more than 4% of GDP in recent years.With the liberalization of the second child policy,the target population of primary and secondary education in China is gradually growing,coupled with the uneven distribution of teaching resources in the first,second and third and fourth lines,making it difficult for inclusive public education to meet Family diversification and personalized needs according to official data.Therefore,all kinds of unofficial extracurricular education and training institutions at various levels have emerged and expanded rapidly.The outstanding one is K12 education among them.In the context of the rapid development of the industry and increasingly fierce competition,because of the significant differences in selective examination courses,propositions,teaching materials,and teachers in different regions,the payers and consumers are split,the high mobility of teacher resources,the regionalization of education,etc.All the problems make the K12 extracurricular industry chain a large,long,complex,and highly dispersed market.With the continuous popularization of Internet information technology,big data and artificial intelligence technology,the penetration of technology into the education industry is also accelerating,and K12 extracurricular educational institutions are facing new changes and innovations.The author’s DCS Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.is a new high-tech company dedicated to providing K12 education services.The company is formed by a master team of Nanjing University.As an organization that has just entered the K12 education industry,it is faced with challenges such as investment industry direction selection,market layout,and product innovation.If DCS wants to survive in the fierce competition,they must formulate their own competitive strategies based on their own characteristics,enhance their core competitive advantages,and then make specific safeguard implementation measures to achieve their goals.This article takes DCS Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,uses PEST analysis,Porter’s five-force model,SWOT analysis and other methods.Through in-depth analysis of the external environment and combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,it chooses the competitive strategies that match the company at the current stage,and formulates a series of strategic measures.By analyzing the opportunities and threats facing the company from the external environment,it is believed that the overall external environment for development is good,and the industry has great room for development.Analyzing the competitive advantages and disadvantages from the internal environment of the company,it finds that the company has a relatively large advantage in technological innovation,but it has some certain disadvantage in the market.It believes that it can synthesize various conditions and choose the most suitable business strategy for the company.That is,the differentiation strategy,by implementing comprehensive differences in product,technology and service differentiation,business model differentiation,and market mode and channel differentiation.Try to enable the company to fully open up the market,so it can achieve its strategic goals.
