A Practical Study On "Projectization" Of Social Work Embedded In Community Public Service

In the process of Chinese mainland localization,the importance of social work's participation in grass roots social governance and public service and its embedded development path have been discussed and affirmed by different scholars from different angles,the social work and the community public service have the commonness in a certain degree,the effective connection of the two can realize the high-quality development road of the community public service.On the basis of reviewing the embedded development of professional social work and the embedded patterns of different forms in academic circles,this study applies the basic analytical framework of the embeddedness theory,based on the pilot project of “Three-association”in Liu Jiapu City community,Lanzhou,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the “Project-oriented”social work embedded in the subject,object,process,influencing factors and effectiveness of community public services.It is hoped to analyze and discuss how the development path of embedded social work is actually embedded into the original community public service system with the “Project-oriented”embedded model and bring its advantages into play from the perspective of community public service,and whether social work can really achieve the embedded development in the field of community public service,which has a positive embedded effect on social work itself and community public service system.The research shows that social work is embedded in the process of liu Jiapu city community by “Project-oriented”mode,with the design of professional service projects for different service groups and the development of public service in cooperation with other governance bodies in the community as the main embedded strategy,the embedded development at the level of community public service has been basically realized,and on the basis of embedding the original system of community public service,it is embedded into the real life of community residents by cultivating and incubating community social organizations.Finally,based on the analysis of the operation of the pilot project of “Three-society linkage”in liu Jiapu city community,this paper tries to further discuss the embedded development of social work from two aspects: first “Society”and then “Work”,and then “System” and“Life”,with a view to later social work embedded development of the paradigm research to provide reference material.
