The adaptation period is the key period that affects the professional quality of teachers.Therefore,many scholars have investigated and analyzed the adaptation problems of novice teachers from different perspectives,hoping to help novice teachers quickly adapt to the teaching work.However,in the existing research,there is relatively little research on music teachers.Therefore,the research on the introduction and adaptation of music teachers in primary and secondary schools can help us better understand the unique difficulties faced by music teachers during the entry period and enrich music.Theories related to teacher development.This research presents the difficulties faced by music teachers by investigating the status quo of entry-adaptation of first-time music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Linxia County,and puts forward suggestions and strategies on the basis of cause analysis.This article mainly uses the literature method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the adaptability of primary and middle school music teachers in Linxia County.The full text consists of four chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the research origin,research purpose,research significance,research summary,research methods,etc.;the first chapter is a brief introduction to the current situation of nature,humanities and education in the field;the second chapter is through the introduction of Linxia County within three years of employment The actual survey of 36 novice music teachers,using a combination of quantitative charts and qualitative interview data to visualize the problems of the novice music teachers in the four aspects of vocational skill adaptation,professional psychological adaptation,professional interpersonal adaptation and professional environment adaptation.Present.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems that arise in the process of entering and adapting to new music teachers in primary and secondary schools from the level of the teachers themselves,the level of the school and the level of pre-service education;the fourth chapter is based on the above analysis,and puts forward the analysis of the new music teachers Suggestions and countermeasures for teachers' entry adaptation.In order to help beginner music teachers quickly adapt to the role of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.
