| The sense of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication is the self-evaluation system formed by individuals based on communication behavior,experience accumulation,etc.in interpersonal activities.The sense of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication not only restricts the quality of individual sleep and even subsequent achievements,but also affects the individual’s social-related behavior.The sense of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication among rural boarding high school students is an important psychological mechanism for the normal development of individual psychological activities,and it is an important factor to improve students’ self-efficacy level of interpersonal communication and to ensure their personal physical and mental health and orderly development of social.This paper takes the rural boarding high school students as the research object,comprehensively combs through the theoretical summary and summary of the previous literature on the sense of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication.Drawing on the survey scale of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication among young students in the past,the survey and analysis found that:(1)Overall,high school students in rural boarding schools have a good level of self-efficacy in interpersonal communication,but their ability to communicate with practice is lacking.(2)In terms of sex,age,appearance and family upbringing,there are significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication among rural boarding high school students,while in terms of speciality and family environment,the difference is not obvious.Based on the results of the study and problem analysis,this paper puts forward improvement strategies for the development of the sense of self-efficacy of interpersonal communication between students in rural boarding high schools in a positive and healthy direction: 1.Continuously improve the level of self-awareness and enhance the internal drive of interpersonal communication between students. |
