The human communication refers to the information communicationbetween the human and human, the emotion exchange and the materialinterchange process, it enables individual social consciousness to formand to develop, is the human information communication, thecoordinated, the mental hygiene important carrier. The humancommunication condition has the pivotal function regarding theindividual development, specially regarding the boarding high-schoolpupil which is in the puberty, is watershed. The boarding high school hasaccounted for the certain proportion in the nowadays high school'sconstitution, to boarding high school student human communicationquestion discussion exists reality rationality and necessity. Throughinterviews and questionnaires the thesis has analyzed high schoolstudents interpersonal boarding system status, type and impact onstudents. In argument on the basis proposed the followingrecommendations:To mental health education into the school day-to-daymanagement.To mental health education in the schools of urgency andimportance.To create a good psychological environment and communitylife within the school environment.Teachers' psychological level hasmuch to do with students' psychological health,so teachers should acceptpsychological education first to improve their psychological awarenessand ability. Classroom-based channels to guide its multi-directional,multi-angle to integrated mental health education for students, thuscultivating good interpersonal skills and raising their psychological andoverall quality;harmonious teacher-student relationship and theestablishment of good relations between students;excellent learning andtraining classes wind in a bid, comprehensive guide and train the studentsto develop good interpersonal skills, thus enabling students to lay a goodfoundation for the future into society.The whole thesis composes of four parts.The first part for question and background analysis. This part mainlyhas analyzed the present at present middle-school student humancommunication present situation and the question, proposes the researchsignificance.The second part for human communication theory elaboration. Thispart mainly has elaborated the human communication main theory, thehigh-school pupil human communication characteristic.The third part designs and studies the process for the boarding highschool student human communication present situation research. Thispart mainly has analyzed the present boarding high school student humancommunication present situation as well as the existence question usingthe interview law and questionnaires survey procedure two methods.Then in this part on the foundations it analysis various factors.The fourth part is based on the front partial analyses presentsituation and in the existence question foundation, propose the suggestionand the measure of raising the boarding high-school pupil good humancommunication ability .
