Research On The Memory Construction Of College Alumni Archives From The Perspective Of Value Co-creation

The memory of college alumni includes both the memory of his Alma mater and the memory shared between college alumni.The memory of college alumni is the source of college alumni's personal sense of alumni identity and sense of belonging,the precondition of the contact and cooperation between college alumni,the fundamental guarantee of alumni activities carried out by college alumni associations,and the most solid witness of college culture and development.College alumni archive is the most important and irreplaceable element in the construction and preservation of university alumni memory.It includes not only the and materials recording each student's study and life in their campuses,but also the documents recording college students' contact with their classmates and the activities held by their universities after their graduating.College alumni archive contains the most vivid memory for college alumni.At present,the management and development of alumni archive memory in colleges and universities in China is still in the exploratory stage,and the related practical activities are relatively limited.The existing research results of university alumni archive show that taking only relevant university departments(such as university alumni associations,university archives,etc.),as single management subjects,impedes and restricts the construction of memory resources of university alumni archives.However,the university alumni,formers of archives and the main body of value constructing,are still being "neglected"."Value co-creation" undoubtedly provides a explorable path to change this pattern and fully mobilize the wisdom and strength from the alumni.Therefore,under the premise of affirming the status of each value subject of university alumni archive(college alumni,university archives,university alumni associations,private alumni associations),this paper innovatively adopts interdisciplinary approach to introduce the value co-creation theory into archive research,investigating the memory resources of university alumni archives,and discussing the construction strategy of university alumni archive memory from the perspective of value co-creation.If we want to explore the possibility of dialogue and cooperation between different value subjects,we,at the beginning,must understand the positions,demands and resources of each value subject.Above all,this article uses the method of in-depth interview to investigate the various value subjects of college alumni archive memory,then uses qualitative analysis to analyze the interview text,and analyzes the main characteristics of college alumni archives and the formation characteristics of college alumni archives.Combined with the analysis of the characteristics,characteristics and needs,this paper tries to put forward the strategies for the construction of university alumni archive memory from the perspective of value co-creation.The Internet and other new media interactive channels,or system platforms,mobilizes the various value creators of college alumni archives to participate in the management of college alumni archives,and the collective intelligence helps to realize the efficient and order aggregation of alumni archives and other related materials,achieving the co-creation of the memory value of college alumni archives.
