The college entrance examination of physical education is the only way to colleges and universities for basketball majors.The level of sports performance directly determines the success or failure of the college entrance examination of basketball majors.It is particularly important to improve the effect of daily training of basketball majors and achieve the maximum effect in the shortest time.With the continuous professionalization and scientization of sports training methods and the continuous innovation of technical theory,the traditional training methods show some disadvantages.Therefore,it is of great significance to introduce some new training methods and apply them to the current sports college entrance examination training to improve the training effect and improve the students' sports college entrance examination results.In the process of research,using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper takes six items(three physical qualities and three special abilities)of college entrance examination of basketball majors as test indexes,and takes16 men's basketball majors in Tianjin Xiqing technical secondary school(vocational high school)as experimental objects.In the process of the experiment,the core strength training was used to train the experimental group,while the control group was trained with the traditional strength training method used by the basketball team before.Except for different training programs,other factors were the same.The real-time monitoring of the heart rate changes of the athletes ensured that the training load of the two groups was consistent.After 8 weeks of training,the results of the experiment were statistically analyzed,and the influence of the two training methods adopted by the experimental group and the control group on the experimental results was compared.The influence of core strength training on the college entrance examination results of basketball majors was analyzed.Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions can be drawn1.Through 8 weeks of experimental research,the experimental group taking core strength training and the control group taking traditional strength training have different degrees of improvement on the college entrance examination results of basketball majors.2.Through 8 weeks of experimental research,there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group except for 100 meter run and half court dribble shooting(P < 0.05).However,in the vertical jump and standing long jump,the traditional strength training is better than the core strength training,while in the spot shot put and one minute continuous shooting,the core strength training is better than the traditional strength training.3.Through the data analysis after the experiment,we can see that the core strength training is for the core muscle group,while the traditional strength training is for the large muscle group of the body,ignoring the core stability and core strength training,so the core level test index core strength training should be better.Suggestions:1.Through 8 weeks of experimental research,the core strength training has certain advantages for the improvement of the performance of basketball candidates.It is suggested that the high school basketball team can try to join the core strength training when making the training plan,which can not only improve the training effect,but also increase the training freshness of the participants,so that the training is not easy to be boring,So as to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of athletes in training.2.Because the 16 basketball majors in Tianjin Xiqing technical secondary school are the first batch of students who have passed the college entrance examination for physical education,the number of them is small,and there may be some errors in the data analysis.In the future,with the increase of the number of students in the college entrance examination for physical education,we can try to increase the experimental objects to verify.3.Only men were selected for this training.If there is a chance,we should further prove the influence of different training methods on the test results of college entrance examination for physical education.4.The basketball coach should continue to learn new practice methods,constantly study and explore more suitable training methods and action combination forms for basketball players.It is necessary to formulate targeted training methods according to the age,physical and mental conditions and project characteristics of different subjects,so as to promote the improvement of test results of basketball candidates.5.Training needs long-term persistence.The 8-week experiment is a short-term study.In the future experiment,we can take a longer period of training experiment to compare the effects of different training modes on the test results of sports basketball candidates and the differences of training effects.
