Objective: To confirm and explore the effects of 4-week lower extremity pressure training on strength and physical fitness of male students in physical education college entrance examination.Research methods: The male students of physical education college entrance examination in Grade One and grade two of Ganzhou No.1 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects.A total of 16 volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into the pressure group and the control group, with 8 people in each group. The experimental intervention lasted for 4 weeks, twice a week.In the pressure group,a special pressure training instrument was used, and the pressure belt was tied to the middle and upper 1/3 of the thigh with a pressure value of 160 mm Hg.Squat training with an intensity of 30%1RM was performed in 6 sets each time. The first group repeated squatting for 30 times, and the other 5 groups were not less than 20 times each. The control group received squat training with 75%1RM intensity without pressure intervention, and each group repeated squat for 8-10 times.Except for the above strength training differences, the other training programs were the same between the two groups. Before and after the intervention, the lower extremity circumference, knee isokinetic muscle strength, maximum squat strength, squat frequency of 50%1RM in 60 seconds, vertical jump height and physical examination quality items of the subjects were tested.Research results:(1)After experimental intervention, hip circumference, left and right leg circumference increased significantly in the compression group(P < 0.001),and left and right thigh circumference increased significantly(P < 0.05);In the control group, the circumference of right calf was increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the rest circumference was increased, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)After the experimental intervention, the 1RM of squats in the compression group was significantly increased(P < 0.001),the number of squats in the 50%1RM60s group was significantly increased(P < 0.05),and the left and right peak moment of flexion was significantly increased(P < 0.05);The control group showed an increasing trend, but there was no significant change.(3)After the experimental intervention, the scores of sports college entrance examination diathesis items of both the pressure group and the control group were improved, and the 800-meter running scores of the pressure group were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Lower limb pressure training has more obvious promotion on the circumference of male students in the physical education college entrance examination than traditional strength training.(2)Lower limb pressure training can improve the number of male students’ squats in 1RM and 50%1RM for 60 seconds more significantly than traditional strength training.(3)Lower limb compression training has better effect on knee flexion moment of male students than traditional strength training.(4)Both strength training methods can promote the four qualities of male students in the physical college entrance examination, but lower extremity pressure training has a better effect than traditional strength training on the improvement of male students in the 800-meter physical college entrance examination. |
