In recent years,the physical health level of teenagers in China has been declining,and strengthening the physical exercise of teenagers has become the focus of social attention.The implementation of the Regulations on school sports,which have been actively promoted by the provinces and municipalities,has played a key role in improving the physical fitness of young people,accelerated the process of transition to the liberal education,and encouraged schools to improve basic sports,and adjust the corresponding sports examination policy.In all provinces and cities,high school entrance examination sports generally include soccer,basketball,volleyball,gymnastics,middle and long distance running and other examination items,whether in soccer,basketball,badminton and other ball games,or in the long jump,high jump,pole vault and other jumping events,the improvement of the sensitive quality can improve the ability of stress and self-protection,thus effectively reducing sports injuries,but also can help students test the degree of mastery of related sports,and the student’s sports achievement also has certain relations.The age of 7-13 is the best period for the development of the sensitive quality index.To grasp the best period of the development of the sensitive quality can get twice the result with half the effort.But in the school sports,the sensitive quality practice method and the research are relatively weak.According to the needs of the Middle School Physical Education Examination,this paper discusses the effect of multi-direction Movement Training on the development of junior middle school students’ sensitive quality through the sensitive quality training in the preparatory grade physical education class of Dachang Middle School in Shanghai.In this paper,by using the methods of literature and teaching experiment,we choose 4-10-meter turn-back run,t-shape run,20-second cross-jump,10-second cross-quadrant jump,hexagon jump,hexagon ball catch as the sensitive test indexes.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of subjects were tested for two sensitive quality indexes.SPSS25.0 was used to carry out independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test to compare the experimental data,to study the impact of multi-direction movement training on the development of sensitive quality of junior middle school students.The main findings are as follows:(1)Comparing the data of the control group before and after the experiment,there is a significant difference between the turn-back run(410 meters)and the cross-quadrant jump(10 seconds),which indicates that the traditional movement training can promote the quick start and the quick jump of the sensitive quality,in a certain sense,it can promote the growth of the test results of sensitive quality.(2)The results of the six sensitive quality indexes of the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment(p ≤0.05),there were significant differences in the results of 4-10 m turn-back run,t-shape run,20 s cross jump and hexagon jump catch(p ≤0.01).The results show that the fast rotation training in multi-direction movement training promotes the optimization of rotation technique and the control ability when the body changes direction rapidly,the practice of improvisational instruction in different directions can improve the students’ stress response to sudden change,and has a positive effect on the test result of sensitive quality index.(3)After the experiment,the test results of the sensitive quality indexes of the experimental group and the Control Group were tested,there were significant differences in t shape running,Hexagon Ball catching,10 s cross quadrant jumping,hexagon jumping,410 m turn-back running and 20 s cross jumping between the experimental group and the Control Group.The results showed that the improvement of multi-direction movement training in the ability of motion route memory,visual judgment and spatial judgment was more obvious.(4)The random training of orientation movement in the multi-direction movement training makes the human body’s quick reaction and prediction ability under the open situation better than the traditional training,to a certain extent,it also increases the enthusiasm of students in classroom practice. |
