The reform of basic education in China is advancing,and the topic of the construction of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools is getting more and more attention from the society.According to the Data of the State Statistics Administration by 2020,the rural population accounts for 39.4% of the country's population,the rural population has reached 550 million,and the rural population base is large.Rural teachers are the backbone of rural basic education reform,and also the key to promote and develop rural education reform,the focus of rural education is on the construction of teachers.Study nearly four years to participate in the "national training plan" training of rural physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province as the object of investigation,the use of literature,interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,to understand and analyze the current situation of rural physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province,find out the causes and factors of job burnout of rural physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province,and make targeted recommendations,hoping to alleviate the rural physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province job burnout to provide a reference theoretical basis.The results show that:1.The proportion of male and female teachers in rural areas of Jiangxi Province is moderate,the degree of education is mostly undergraduate,but the title is low,the team is younger;2.The degree of job burnout of the teachers in rural areas of Jiangxi Province is heavy.The specific performance in the three indicators of job burnout: the highest emotional failure,to personalize higher,the smallest sense of personal achievement;3.The occupational burnout difference between different genders,age groups and job titles of rural training teachers in Jiangxi Province is large;4.Under different schools and student factors,the difference of job burnout among rural teachers in Jiangxi Province with different job titles is greater,especially in different schools,which has the greatest influence on teachers,and the influence of different groups of students on teachers is relatively small.5.A few rural teachers do not have enough knowledge of teachers' morality,and their professional foundation is not solid.Its personal ideal pursuit of mediocrity,physical education classes occupied by the phenomenon of heavy and some schools for rural physical education teacher's poor treatment,need to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality.In view of the above conclusions,rural physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province should correctly understand job burnout,enhance their self-cultivation,schools should create a good working environment for teachers,society should strengthen the recognition of physical education teachers,while the education department should set up the recognition or supervision mechanism of teachers' moral construction,strengthen the construction of physical education teachers' teachers' morality.
