With the development of modern information technology,the lifestyle of people has changed a lot.As a new teaching model supported by information technology,the flipped classroom model deeply integrates education with information technology,which promotes the development of both teaching and learning.At the same time,it alters the nature of teaching models with its effective combination of subject resources and educational technology.In this model,students become the subject of learning,which enhances their diversified learning ability.This paper aims at studying the application of flipped classroom model in mathematics teaching in middle schools.In addition,it will probe into how students can be the real subject of learning and how to improve their independent learning ability and diversified learning ability.First of all,this paper analyzes the significance and feasibility of the flipped classroom model in applied mathematics in middle schools in China from its origin,connotation and characteristics based on quantities of domestic and foreign literature.It not only provides the basis for the theoretical research of the flipped classroom model,but also offers a valid reference for its implementation and further explores the effective methods in the flipped classroom suitable for middle school mathematics teaching.Secondly,based on the design of flipped classroom and practical application of teaching design in middle school mathematics teaching,appropriate learning resources are collected and then students are required to watch teaching videos independently before the class.Next,it is necessary to investigate the application of learning resources,students' preference,and their independent learning ability and so on in order to examine the effectiveness of flipped classroom model in middle schools in China.Through the practical research on the application of flipped classroom model,this paper aims to find out the suitable teaching path for flipped classroom model in middle schools in China.Thirdly,the questionnaire is used to examine students' utilization of teaching resources and their acquisition of knowledge before class in order to work out whether flipped classroom model is beneficial to students.Finally,through the research,it is found that flipped classroom model can stimulate the interest of students in learning mathematics to a certain extent.Meanwhile,it can also improve their math scores.And also,it can help cultivate their independent inquiry ability,cooperative ability and communicative ability.The flipped classroom model depends on sophisticated information technology,and it has a vast space for development in the future.
