As the primary link of teaching activities,introduction plays an important role in classroom teaching.Plato once said: "A good beginning is half the battle." A well-designed classroom introduction can create a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere for students.After the bell rings in class,the introduction can quickly focus students' attention,stimulate students' learning motivation,organize and guide students,establish the connection between knowledge and timely participate in classroom activities.Classroom introduction skills are an important part of teachers' teaching skills and one of the necessary professional skills for teachers.The degree of application of introduction skills reflects the degree of teachers' professional development.Many new teachers,due to the lack of seniority,teaching experience and other reasons,lead to the use of their imported skills are not satisfactory.Therefore,it is necessary to use the way of classroom record to record all the words and actions in the class.After repeated interpretation of the classroom record,the problems existing in the classroom introduction of new teachers should be diagnosed and studied.In view of the problems,this paper intends to study from the following aspects: one is to sort out the previous research results through the literature research method,define the relevant concepts of imported skills and classroom record,and analyze the role of classroom record in improving imported skills.The second is to use the method of questionnaire survey,through the survey of new teachers and students,after sorting out and analyzing the questionnaire,to find out the problems existing in the introduction skills of new teachers.Three is,using the method of observation,by observing the new complete video of teachers' classroom activity,specific analysis the existence question,at the same time,in accordance with requirements of the curriculum,study diligently the teaching content,give full consideration to the students psychological development features and combining the historical discipline characteristic,design a distinctive flavour classroom import,in order to attract the attention of the students,stimulate students' interest,and repeated practice,So as to improve the introduction skills of new teachers.
