Research On Social Workers' Involvement In The Construction Of Social Psychological Service System

At present,the linear acceleration of social transformation makes social contradictions and conflicts increasingly prominent.With the rapid pace of life and the increasing pressure of competition,there are various psychological imbalances in society.If the negative emotions produced by people in their daily work and life can not be adjusted and solved in time and effectively,the backlog of psychological problems will be formed,which will affect the mood of people’s words and deeds,which will increase the probability of extreme events.People may do harm to society and cause irreparable losses.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of social psychological service system.This study is based on the actual situation of our country,from the perspective of social workers,based on the theory of social workers,carried out a field investigation on specific projects,and finally made a triple logical analysis of the construction process of social workers involved in the social psychological service system.This study focuses on how social workers can better stabilize social relations and resolve social contradictions through social psychological services.The research shows that the scientific intervention of social workers can effectively prevent social psychological problems,and social workers’ intervention in the construction of social psychological service system plays an important role in maintaining good social order.The research enriches and perfects the theory and practice related to social work,and also expects social work to continue to exert its advantages,tap its potential,embody its value in the future,and help to perfect the relevant mechanism of social psychological service system.
