It is the most important task for China's future education development to make up for the shortcomings of rural education.The party and the state attach great importance to the quality of rural education.The development of rural education is inseparable from rural teachers.Excellent rural teachers "can go down,stay and teach well" has an important impact on the future rural education.Young teachers,as the main force of rural teachers in the future,are the key to realize the stability of rural teachers.However,there are serious problems in China,such as low retention rate and high turnover intention.How to keep excellent young teachers in the post plays a key role in the long-term development of rural education.Through narrative research,this paper takes H Middle School as the research sam ple,H Middle School Young Teachers as the research subject,field theory as the rese arch breakthrough point,and analyzes the generation process of young teachers' retenti on behavior in the field through interviews.The generation of young teachers' retentio n behavior in rural areas is a kind of practical activity with stable behavior tendency,which is produced by young teachers' appeal to the individual's inner environment in t he process of field.Among them,school field is the key place to influence young tea chers' retention.The operation of all kinds of capital in the school field is the key re ason to affect teachers' retention.Economic capital is a kind of capital that exists in material form and can be monetized.The economic capital in this paper is basically c onsistent with that in Bourdieu field.Economic capital acts on H Middle School in th e form of money to ensure its infrastructure construction,wage level,and the living s tandards of actors and participants in the field.Social capital emphasizes social relatio n network most.The field environment shaped by social capital in H Middle School f ully conforms to the description of social capital in Bourdieu's field,and it is a netw ork formed by individuals with different personalities.This kind of relationship forms not only the physical field that can be seen and touched,but also the meaning field t hat can't be seen and touched.This paper improves the definition of cultural capital i n Bourdieu's field theory.Cultural capital not only emphasizes the temperament,cultur al knowledge and technical skills accumulated through generations in Bourdieu field,b ut also emphasizes the influence of temperament,cultural knowledge and professional skills on young teachers' future career development.The economic capital,social capit al and cultural capital obtained by young teachers from their original environment are impacted by the economic capital,social capital and cultural capital in the school fiel d,which makes the original values of young teachers change and forms a new interna l tendency system of behavior choice,thus creating the practical behavior of young te achers.After the admission of young teachers,economic capital,social capital and cul tural capital act on the concept and behavior of young teachers' original capital at the same time.According to Maslow's demand theory,individual needs should be met ste p by step.This premise affects young teachers' receiving order of different capital in t he field.The results show that young teachers' self-esteem and cultural needs of youn g teachers in secondary schools are constantly broken down,and young teachers' selfesteem and cultural needs of young teachers in secondary schools are constantly met.The three capital operation modes of H Middle School fully meet the needs of young teachers at different levels,so as to promote the change of young teachers' concept an d behavior.
