With the continuous improvement of the level of World Taekwondo competition,the audience's high demand for the appreciation of Taekwondo competition and fierce antagonism,the World Taekwondo organization has increased the score of difficult movements in the competition rules.In order to win in the competition,athletes must keep high-quality technical movements,clear mind and reasonable tactical application.To keep high-quality technical movements,athletes need to have strong special quality,body coordination ability and body control ability.This requires athletes in the usual training not only to Taekwondo special technical and tactical training and general physical training,but also combined with the technical points of difficult movements and winning rules for specific physical training.In order to make the athletes better play their competitive level in the competition and improve the ability of Taekwondo athletes to flexibly and accurately use the technical and tactical movements in the competition,the coaches should select and screen the training means in line with the special training according to the characteristics of the athletes and the technical points and scoring rules of difficult movements,and formulate a more perfect Taekwondo function The training system of sex.Therefore,in order to further improve and improve the functional training system,according to the principles of functional training and the characteristics of special technical movements,and with reference to the opinions of experts,this study designs a special functional training scheme suitable for improving the difficulty technical movements of Taekwondo,and intervenes the experimental objects to explore the effect of functional training on the difficulty movements of Taekwondo athletes It provides practical experience and theoretical reference for the teaching and training of difficult movements in competitive Taekwondo.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,taking 20 Taekwondo Athletes of Tianjin Institute of physical education in 2018 and 2019 as the research object.After 12 weeks of functional training,the completion time,joint angle,joint speed and center of gravity displacement of the experimental group and the control group were tested and analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)Functional training can effectively reduce the movement speed,so as to shorten the total time to complete the difficult movements of back kick and back spin kick.In terms of the time characteristics of difficult movements of Taekwondo,the effect of functional training is better than that of traditional strength training.(2)The results show that the hip joint angle of athletes has obvious changes at different time nodes,and the knee joint angle has significant interaction in the turning and kicking stages,which indicates that functional training can significantly improve the hip joint angle and form more muscle stretching in the four stages,So that athletes in the back kick and spin kick of the storage and power stage can better storage and power,effectively improve the difficulty of the action of hitting strength and explosive.(3)The experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the speed of hip,knee and ankle joints in the process of finishing the difficult movements of back kick and back spin kick.Functional training can effectively improve the stability of the hip joint of the athletes,so as to improve the kick speed of the ankle joint.(4)Before and after functional training,there are significant differences in x-axis and z-axis,but no significant changes in y-axis.Functional training can effectively shorten the movement distance,maintain the stability of the body and reduce the floating distance of the body,It effectively improves the kicking time and speed to complete difficult movements.
