| Badminton is random.When facing the ball,players need to move to the best position as quickly as possible to hit the ball,which requires badminton players to have the ability to move quickly.In badminton,the speed of movement is a prerequisite for badminton players to finish high quality shots.Therefore,scientific and reasonable training is very necessary to improve the athletes’ moving speed.Functional strength training has evolved over the years,as have its theories.The General Administration of Sport of China has also introduced functional strength training methods and means.This training method is gradually known by the public and has become a hot topic studied by many scholars.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of functional strength training on the movement speed of college badminton students.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment,this study took 28 students majoring in badminton in Shandong University of Physical Education as experimental objects and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group.Among them,the students in the experimental group adopted functional strength training while the students in the control group adopted traditional strength training.This paper explores the influence of functional strength training and traditional strength training on the movement speed of college badminton students,and draws the following results and conclusions.Research results:(1)Independent sample t test was conducted on the test results by testing five moving speed indicators of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment,and there was no significant difference in all test results(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups of experimental objects have good homogeneity,which is conducive to the smooth progress of the experiment.(2)After functional strength training,moving speed test scores of the experimental group were improved to varying degrees.Paired sample t test was conducted on the test results,and there were significant differences in each test result(p<0.01),indicating that functional strength training has a positive promoting effect on improving the movement speed of college badminton students.(3)After traditional strength training,the moving speed test scores of the control group were improved to varying degrees.Paired sample t test was conducted on the test results,and there were significant differences in each test result(p<0.01),indicating that traditional strength training has a positive promoting effect on improving the movement speed of college badminton students.(4)Through the test of five moving speed indicators of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,the independent sample t test was carried out on the test results.The test scores of "Z" word running in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(p<0.01),and the test scores of half-court cross movement were significantly different(p<0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the half-court rice movement test results(p<0.01),while there was no significant difference in other test results(p>0.05).The average scores of the experimental group were faster than the control group,indicating that functional strength training can improve the movement speed of students specialized in badminton more than traditional strength training.Research conclusion:(1)Functional strength training can effectively improve lower limb coordination,body stability,body flexibility and rapid direction changing ability of college badminton students.(2)Traditional strength training can effectively improve the leg strength,core stability and overall coordination ability of college badminton students.(3)Compared with traditional strength training,functional strength training can significantly improve the physical stability,balance,movement quality of footwork and movement speed in different directions of college badminton students. |
