This article mainly through the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,image analysis method,video shooting method and comparative analysis as research methods,and through the 2013-2019 national swimming championships(including two national games)men's 4 x 100 meters freestyle technique features of provinces and cities as the research object,at the scene of the game shooting for professional video to parse and analyze provinces athletes technology operation indicators,it is concluded that China's 4 x 100 meters relay project technique characteristics.The following conclusions and suggestions are drawn from the analysis:Technical conclusions and recommendations:1.Through the Pearson correlation analysis of the first eight total scores of the relay final and the technical indexes of each stage,it is concluded that the total scores are significantly correlated with the technical indexes of the jump,the starting technical indexes,the mid-swim technical indexes,the turn technical indexes and the sprint technical indexes.According to the Pearson correlation analysis of the total result of the champion team and each stage,it was found that the total result was significantly correlated with the course speed,especially with the course speed in the first 30 m,while the correlation between the other stages and the total result was not significant.Suggestions in the men's 4 x 100-meter freestyle relay in different stages of the competitive ability,provincial coaches in training in the future should focus on the men's 100 m freestyle training in all stages of technology,improve the overall competitive level to avoid problems such as weak phase,the champion team want to further improve the performance athletes,need to strengthen the competitive ability,on the way at the same time pay more attention to training in the first 30 m speed on the way.2.The technical characteristics of Chinese men's 4×100 meter freestyle relay athletes are high speed index with low stroke frequency and high stroke amplitude,so as to create excellent results.The stroke stroke of the world's elite men's 100 m freestyle athletes is 2.17 ? 2.50m/ stroke,and the stroke frequency is 50 ? 56 strokes/min.In contrast,the average stroke stroke of the Chinese champion athletes reaches the world excellent standard,but the average stroke frequency is lower than the world excellent standard.This study considers that in order to catch up with the world level,it is necessary to increase the stroke frequency under the constant state of stroke width to form the best combination of stroke frequency and stroke width.It is suggested that in terms of the technical characteristics of the men's 4 x 100 m freestyle relay,the overall characteristics of the teams with excellent performance are low stroke frequency and high stroke width.To achieve further success,the stroke frequency should be increased,so that the stroke frequency is maintained at 50 ? 56 times /min and the stroke amplitude is 2.17 ? 2.50m/ stroke.Tactical conclusions and recommendations:1.Through Pearson correlation analysis of baton relay times and total results,it is concluded that the strength of the top three batons is decisive It is an important factor in determining results and placing,and the team that competes for the medal needs to be good overall.2.Through the analysis of baton arrangement order,it is concluded that the first and last baton arrangement is the fastest,first slow and then fast,first fast and then slow,and the speed and slow cross arrangement methods are adopted by medal teams in China.Most teams prefer the traditional first and last baton arrangement method.3.Through Pearson correlation analysis of baton ranking,it can be concluded that the average ranking of baton ranking is significantly correlated with the total score;The average ranking of the baton was significantly correlated with the time of the first baton and the most significantly with the time of the third baton.4.To sum up,this study suggests that in the arrangement of tactical rod selection for men's 4×100 meter freestyle relay event,the first and last rod fastest arrangement should not be limited to the traditional method,but should follow the principle of knowing yourself and the other and the technical and psychological characteristics of the athletes to determine the rod sequence.The top eight teams can place the athletes with good achievements in the first three rods to obtain better distance advantage and maintain a good competitive rhythm to compete for MEDALS.The team that contends for the championship should improve the ranking of the first and third rods while ensuring the stability of the second and fourth rods to avoid the problem of weak rods.
