Women’s3000m short track speed skating relay is one project of the winter Olympic Games. At the2010vancouver winter Olympics, China women’s relay get the championship. With the emergence of a new batch of short track speed skating athletes, women’s relay now more and more competitive in the world. Many countries give a major threat to the dominance of the women’s relay in China, so to strengthen the study of women’s short track speed skating relay has the very important role. But in the existing literature, research on women’s short track speed skating relay is less, so for some of the women’s relay rule without resources.In this paper, on the basis of the women’s relay3000m short track speed skating technology research, aims to provide the most basic law of relay, as the women’s short track speed skating relay team provide strong scientific support. Based on the2011-2012season short track speed skating World Cup, world championships and the2012-2013season stations short track speed skating World Cup, world championships stations, the women’s3000m relay finals team with the championship team as the research object, adopting photogrammetry, video analytic method, mathematical statistics, literature research method.The results show that:(1) the number of the women’s3000m short track speed skating relay and forms as follows:the women’s3000m relay which is divided into27circle, by the four players are divided into4rods to relay to complete, need a total of five cycle relay. Four wheel every six laps before for a relay rounds, each round of slide each player in turn to each other after one and a half circle of the relay, in case of special circumstances can use two laps in a way that the relay. Only last1round3laps, are done by the first and the second runners, among them the first slide runners1ring, the second runners taxi2laps for the final sprint.(2) the women’s3000m short track speed skating relay staffing:four relay athletes staffing includes five kinds of forms, respectively is:four long, three long a short, short a long, long two short two, four short. Five kinds of mode in three short one and two short two long two patterns are suitable for use in the title race. And then to the championship the time when the two models and two modes to obtain title with corresponding station runner-up team the time lag between the comparison, three short one long is longer than two short two model can get higher speed ability, it is more reasonable. At the same time analyze the four athletes speed characteristics of the relay, found4players fits a pattern of three short one long speed, from the aspects of quantitative illustrates the rationality of the three short one long mode.(3) the women’s3000m short track speed skating relay relay for regional characteristics:the champion and runner-up team relay process can be found mainly in ice straight on both sides of the area of the exit area and the bending area. Champion team with the second team relay located in the exit zone more often than the number of entry area, the champion team relay area is given priority to with the exit zone, the bending area is relatively small, and the second team relay region mainly by the exit and entry area is given priority to, the combination of the bending area is relatively more. For two kinds of relay the occurrence rules of regional champion team through regional category occurs as the evaluation index, the average of total champion team relay area regularity for:in the relay of the fourth, eighth and11th,13th and14th,15th and17th to entry area of the main relay. In relay first, second, third, fifth, sixth, seventh, ninth,10th,12th,16th to the exit area of the main relay. Through two athletes speed characteristics to analyze the rationality of the two regions, found the relay area occurred in the bend area than occurs in the bending area more reasonable.(4) of the women’s3000m short track speed skating relay relay time characteristics as follows:through the study of contact time can get champion team and cut into the time similar to the sum of a fixed value, when the contact time is long, cutting time is relatively short, when cut for a long time, contact time is relatively short., comparing the time characteristics of gold and silver found both cut the total time is greater than their total time contact, but the title cut total time less than the total time, of the second title, but the total time is greater than the second contact total time. The rate of change of use time to compare, the stability of the champion team cuts time than the runner-up team, strong flexibility and contact time. Into the relay time than the exit area of bend area, but caused by cut for a long time, not contact time. Champion team athletes speed characteristics to the analysis of time distribution of rationality, found that the relay time longer than the cut of time allocation more reasonable.(5) of the women’s3000m short track speed skating relay relay speed characteristic is:the relay speed by relay athletes relay ahead of the curve, two relay relay when athletes straight speed, relay athletes after completion of the relay corner speed of three parts. Speed to complete the three parts of the champion team of a relay shows the characteristics of increased after the first decreases. Compared with the runner-up team concluded that at the same time, by the relay the corner speed is the key to the relay speed of athletes. Four relay is characterized by the speed of the athletes:the fourth great athletes speed than the first, second, the speed of the third runners, but strong stability. The second best value maximum speed, and the speed of the second and the third runners in the flat trend.
